TRUMP ACTION PLAN TO DESTROY THE DRUG CARTELS:

• Restore all Trump border policies and fully secure border
• Deploy all necessary military assets, including the U.S. Navy, to impose a full naval embargo on the cartels, to ensure they cannot use our region’s waters to traffic illicit drugs to the U.S.
• Order the Department of Defense to make appropriate use of special forces, cyber warfare, and other covert and overt actions to inflict maximum damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations

• Since Joe Biden took office, an estimated 200,000+ Americans have died from drug overdoses.

• Cartels have destabilized Mexico by bribing officials at all levels of government, assassinating journalists and public servants, and mass murdering political candidates.
• Biden’s actions are pushing vulnerable migrant women and children into the arms of the most vicious, violent, and predatory criminal networks on earth.
• Arrests for human smuggling increased by 82% since 2014, and an estimated 60% of unaccompanied Latin American children who attempt to cross the border are captured by cartels and abused in child pornography or drug trafficking.

Fentanyl, heroin, meth, and other lethal drugs are pouring across our wide-open border, stealing hundreds of thousands of beautiful American lives — and it’s happening like never before in our history. Children are being left without parents. Families are being ripped apart. Communities are being decimated. Our neighbors and fellow citizens are having their entire worlds destroyed — destroyed like nobody thought possible. Our country is being POISONED from within by the drugs and by all of the other crime that’s taking place.

The drug cartels are waging war on America—and it’s now time for America to wage war on the cartels. In this war, Joe Biden has sided AGAINST the United States, and WITH the cartels. They are making more money than they’ve ever made before, times ten. There’s never been anything like it. They’re major, major companies — they’re bigger than even some of our biggest companies. Biden’s Open Border policies are a deadly betrayal of our nation.

When I am President, it will be the policy of the United States to take down the cartels just as we took down ISIS and the ISIS caliphate — and just as, unlike the situation we are in today, we had a very very strong border. The strongest border in fact in the history of our country. And drugs were at a low of 45 years. There’s been nothing like what we did just two years ago. We will show NO MERCY to the cartels.

• Every day, drug traffickers are using the waters of our region to ship their lethal poisons to America killing so many of our people and ruining families. In addition to restoring strong border security, I will deploy all necessary military assets, including the U.S. Navy, to impose the full naval embargo on the cartels. I did that before and it worked — what we did was incredible. We will guarantee that the waters of the western hemisphere are not used to traffic illicit drugs to our country.

• I will designate the major cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations. We will sever their access to global financial systems.
• I will also work to forge an unprecedented partnership with neighboring governments in our region. Just like I did in Mexico. And remember, in Mexico alone, an estimated 100,000 civilians have been tragically murdered or gone missing at the hands of these cartels. The Mexican government — run by a very fine man, the President — is really working hard, but it’s not working out. These cartels are vicious, and they’re violent, and they have Mexico, for now, stymied. Well, we have to help Mexico and we have to stymied the cartels. Either we will get the full cooperation of other governments to stop this menace—or we will expose every bribe, every kickback, every payoff, and every bit of corruption that is allowing the cartels to preserve their brutal reign. And it is indeed brutal.
• Finally, as I have said before, I will ask Congress to pass legislation ensuring that drug smugglers and human traffickers receive the Death Penalty.

Ending Veteran Homelessness in America

On Day One, President Donald J. Trump will sign an Executive Order to cut off Joe Biden’s massive spigot of funding for shelter and transport of illegal aliens and redirect those savings to provide shelter and treatment for homeless American Veterans.

Under Crooked Joe Biden, the U.S. government has spent nearly $1 billion to house illegal aliens and foreign migrants in expensive luxury hotels courtesy of you, the American taxpayer, and they want to spend billions and billions more.

In many states we’re running out of hotel space because the rooms are all booked up with illegal aliens living in a very large way on the American taxpayer’s dime. Meanwhile, we have 33,000 Veterans in this country who are homeless, and living very poorly I might add, and it’s a shame. They’re living in filth and squalor on our streets. Nobody is doing a thing for them. We helped them a lot during my four years and it’s all been dropped. Everything we did for our Veterans has been dropped. It’s a disgrace.

Joe Biden puts illegal aliens before homeless Veterans and we cannot let this happen any longer. The American Veteran is one of our greats. These are great, great people. We have to take care of them.

When I am reelected, this national scandal will end. If you have served this nation in uniform, the Trump administration will never betray you as Joe Biden and the Radical Left Democrats have done. They have truly betrayed you. Anybody voting for a Democrat is very foolish. Very, very foolish. We certainly will not be putting illegal alien lawbreakers up in ultimate luxury while American Veterans lay shivering on the sidewalks below. Unlike Biden, our loyalty will not be to illegal aliens who have violated our borders and come into our country illegally. They’ve trampled our sovereignty. It will be to the brave men and women who enlisted their lives to defend our borders and to protect our sovereignty.

No Welfare for Illegal Aliens

President Donald J. Trump announces steps he will take on Day One to end welfare for illegal immigrations and shut down Joe Biden’s abuse of parole authority.

Crooked Joe Biden is running a non-stop conveyor belt importing illegal aliens from all over the world into our country and the Biden Department of Homeland Security is abusing its so-called parole authority to give them more governmental benefits than many law-abiding citizens, including our Vets. Our Vets are being taken advantage of. Our citizens are being taken advantage of. It’s very unfair. And it’s not going to stand.

Under this horrendous abuse of power, millions of illegals will be eligible for billions and billions of dollars in welfare benefits courtesy of you the American taxpayer. So not only is Crooked Joe surrendering your borders and your sovereignty, he is stealing your hard-earned money to redistribute it to people who have no business being in our country. They should be in their country. This is not sustainable by anybody, certainly not sustainable by us.

The United States is trillions of dollars in debt, yet the radical left Democrats are illegally dispensing public benefits to illegals while they try to massively raise your taxes. The radical left communists hate you, and they hate our Middle Class. Under Biden’s scheme, the benefits that will go to illegal aliens include food stamps, free healthcare, welfare checks, and a host of other programs the likes of which you would not even believe.

In addition, Biden is also giving illegal aliens work permits to take jobs away from American citizens.

And then if they have children, not only do the children get automatic citizenship, but they unlock a trove of additional government benefits flowing to illegal immigrant households. In the meantime, our Vets suffer and our citizens suffer. On Day One of my new Administration, we will shut down this travesty and defend the wealth of hardworking Middle-Class families.

I will stop the outrageous abuse of parole authority. I will reinstate my action making illegals ineligible for public housing. We will terminate all work permits for illegal aliens. And I will demand that Congress send me a bill blocking any future President from abusing his power to distribute welfare benefits in this manner. It’s all being paid for by the American taxpayer.

Like automatic citizenship for children of illegal aliens, welfare is a gigantic magnet drawing people from all over the world. They want to come to the United States. They want to feast off the sweat and savings of the American taxpayer. It’s not fair. It’s not just. We’re not going to let it happen. I will end it all immediately.

The American Academy

President Donald J. Trump will endow the American Academy with the billions we will collect by taxing the large endowments of private universities plagued by antisemitism.

In recent weeks, Americans have been horrified to see students and faculty at Harvard and other once-respected universities expressing support for the savages and jihadists who attacked Israel. We spend more money on higher education than any other country, and yet they’re turning our students into Communists and terrorists and sympathizers of many, many different dimensions — we can’t let this happen. It’s time to offer something dramatically different.

Under the plan I’m announcing today, we will take the billions and billions of dollars that we will collect by taxing, fining, and suing excessively large private university endowments, and we will then use that money to endow a new institution called the American Academy.

Its mission will be to make a truly world-class education available to every American, free of charge, and do it without adding a single dime to the federal debt. This institution will gather an entire universe of the highest quality educational content, covering the full spectrum of human knowledge and skills, and make that material available to every American citizen online for free.

Whether you want lectures or an ancient history or an introduction to financial accounting, or training in a skilled trade, the goal will be to deliver it and get it done properly, using study groups, mentors, industry partnerships, and the latest breakthrough in computing. This will be a truly top-tier education option for the people.

It will be strictly non-political, and there will be no wokeness or jihadism allowed—none of that’s going to be allowed.

Most importantly, the American Academy will compete directly with the existing and very costly four-year university system by granting students degree credentials that the U.S. government and all federal contractors will henceforth recognize. The Academy will award the full and complete equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.

In addition to help the 40 million Americans who have some college education but no degree, the American Academy will grant credit for past coursework at legacy institutions and give you the chance to complete your education at the American Academy for free and much more quickly than is now possible or available.

This will be a revolution in higher education and will provide life-changing opportunities for tens of millions of our citizens.

President Trump’s Message to America’s Auto Workers

Biden has imposed the outlandish requirement that 67% of all new vehicles must be electric in less than ten years. That means Michigan and places that make cars you can forget about it, you better get your union working because you can forget about. Those cars are all going to be made in China.

According to the UAW president himself, one auto company CEO used the word brutality over 40 times in a single conversation to describe Joe Biden. I call him Crooked Joe because he’s the most corrupt president in history. He’s also the most incompetent.

But Joe Biden’s cruel and foolish electric vehicle mandate. That’s how bad this policy is. Your union heads know it. But the union bosses don’t want to do anything about it because they’re not leaders. But you know who is voting for me? The people in the union.

The union heads and Crooked Joe keep using the phrase fair transition. There’s no fair transition. First of all, people don’t want the electric car. And the ones that want it should get it. But we want to have all forms of transportation and all forms of motorization, to describe this unnecessary forced transition to electric vehicles.

But there’s no such thing as a fair transition that destroys over 100,000 auto manufacturing jobs (it will be much more than that), wastes tens of billions of dollars that should be going to the workers, and makes new cars entirely unaffordable.

For the middle class, that’s a transition to hell. You’re going to hell and your bosses are leading you right down the tubes. You shouldn’t pay your fees. They get these big fees from all of their workers.

And it doesn’t matter how bad they are, they’ll endorse a Democrat, even though the Democrats selling you down the tubes.

Both the UAW bosses and the big three auto executives should be screaming at the top of their lungs – they should be ashamed of themselves — demanding that Joe Biden cancel his brutal electric vehicle mandate before it destroys the entire U.S. auto sector.

If the union bosses and the CEOs refuse to fight back against Crooked Joe Biden, by forcing him to repeal this disastrous electric car scheme, then you will know they’re not pro-worker, they’re not on your side, they’ve got some deals going for themselves.

And I’m telling you, you shouldn’t pay those dues. You should not pay your dues because they’re selling you to hell. You’re going to be going to hell. You’re not going to have any jobs. All those cars are going to be made in China. Every one of them. You can forget it, Michigan. You can forget it, South Carolina. You can forget it, everybody. All of those cars are going to be made in China.

We sit on liquid gold, and we’re getting rid of combustion engines. And they sit on all of the other materials that you need for the batteries. They’re going to make all those cars. We’re not going to make any of them.

So to every auto worker, I stand in total solidarity with you in your fight against Joe Biden’s job-killing Green New Deal insanity. It’s insanity. When I am your president, I will deliver higher wages for auto workers. I will protect your jobs. I will end Joe Biden’s catastrophic electric vehicle mandate. And by the way, if you want an electric car, you’re going to get it. But you’re going to be able to get all other types of cars, types of vehicles that you want.

And on day one, you’re going to be back in business with me. And those factories are going to start opening up again. Remember when I got elected, I told you all about this in the campaign. And when I got elected, hardly a car company built outside of this country. I stopped it.

They didn’t go to Mexico anymore. I said if you go to Mexico, I’m putting a big tariff. You’ll make a car you’re going to have a 25% tariff if you send that car back into the United States. I stopped it. Well, right now they’re doing it again, worse than ever before. We lost 32% of our industry to Mexico prior to my getting there. And we lost almost nothing. Nothing. In fact, we were taking back our industry. But now it’s going again. I’ll straighten it out.

But you have to vote for Trump. You have to vote for Trump. You can’t listen to these union guys who get paid a lot of money and they get wined and dined in Washington. They know that electric cars are no good in terms of our workers.

So vote for Republicans but vote for Trump. Because if we don’t win this election, our country, not only in terms of auto workers, our country will go to hell.

President Trump pledged to allow homeschool parents to use 529 education savings accounts to spend up to $10,000 a year per child, completely tax-free to spend on costs associated with homeschool education.

President Trump will also work to ensure that every homeschool family is entitled to full access to the benefits available to non-homeschooled students—including participating in athletic programs, clubs, after school activities, educational trips, and more.

TEN PRINCIPLES TO POWER PRESIDENT TRUMP’S MOVEMENT FOR GREAT SCHOOLS LEADING TO GREAT JOBS

Restoring Parental Rights

President Trump will turn back the tide of left-wing indoctrination and once again respect the fundamental right of parents to control the education, healthcare, and moral formation of their children.

President Trump supports the right of parents to know what their children are being taught in the classroom, to be able to openly communicate any of their concerns with teachers and principals, to protect the privacy of their children, to be made aware of changing academic standards, to be updated on any acts of violence occurring at school, to inspect professional development materials, to be notified before an out-of-school guest speaks in class or at a school event, to review the budget and spending of their children’s school, to know if a school employee is working to address bullying or mental health concerns (including drug use or weapon use), to consent to all student surveys related to health, to have the right to opt out of school healthcare services, and to be immediately notified if a teacher or other school employee has worked to change their children’s name, pronouns, or understanding of his or her gender.

President Trump will immediately reverse Joe Biden’s barbaric “gender-affirming care” policies, and he will sign an executive order instructing every federal agency, including the Department of Education, to cease all programs that promote the concept of sex and gender transition, at any age.

President Trump will declare any hospital or healthcare provider that participates in the chemical or physical mutilation of minor youth will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare.

President Trump will also inform states and school districts that if any teacher or school official suggests to a child that they could be trapped in the wrong body, they will be faced with severe consequences—including potential civil rights violations for sex discrimination and the elimination of federal funding.

President Trump will promote positive education about the nuclear family, the roles of mothers and fathers, and celebrating rather than erasing the things that make men and women different and unique.

President Trump will ask Congress to pass a bill establishing that the only genders recognized by the United States government are male and female—and they are determined at birth.

President Trump will also make clear that Title Nine prohibits men from participating in women’s sports.

Great Principals and Great Teachers

Great schools require great teachers—and great teachers demand great principals. To ensure children are receiving the education they deserve, President Trump will encourage parents and local school boards to hire and reward great principals and teachers—and to fire poorly performing ones.

To ensure that America’s students are receiving the best possible education, President Trump will support the direct election of school principals by the parents. If any principal is not performing to a high standard, parents should have the right to fire them and select someone who will.

A 2022 study from the University of North Carolina School of Education found that efforts to “recruit and retain high-performing principals are likely to have large payoffs.” A study by the National Association of Secondary School Principals showed that school leadership is “second only to classroom instruction as an influence on student learning”—or as another study from Stronge & Associates Educational Consulting put it, “There is no high-performing school without an effective principal… Principal leadership matters. And it matters substantially.”

Furthermore, according to the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research, “schools with the highest learning gains had principals who promoted a strong school climate.” Great principals empower great teachers—and great teachers empower great students.

To reward good teachers, President Trump will implement funding preferences and favorable treatment for states and school districts that abolish teacher tenure for grades K-12, adopt Merit Pay to reward good teachers, and give parents the right to vote for the principals who direct their children’s education.

Knowledge and Skills, Not CRT and Gender Indoctrination

President Trump will get Critical Race Theory, transgender ideology, and left-wing indoctrination OUT of our schools—and he will get reading, writing, and arithmetic back IN, so that America’s young people have the knowledge, skills, and training they need to get a great job and lead a successful career.

A study from American College Testing found that students proficient in core subjects—including math and reading—have higher “workplace employability skills that are critical to job success.”

Another study from the Annie E. Casey Foundation found that “those who don’t read proficiently by third grade are four times more likely to leave school without a diploma than proficient readers.”

Under Joe Biden, too many of America’s schools have devolved into left-wing indoctrination centers where students are underperforming, mental health is worsening, in-school violence is spiraling out of control, and political activists in the classroom are teaching our children a one-sided and distorted view of American history.

As a result of Biden’s school closures, eighth-grade mathematics scores declined in every single state last year.

Biden’s school shutdowns more negatively affected female students, who underperformed male students in both fourth and eighth grades.

According to the National Assessment of Educational Progress, as of 2022, only 35% of fourth graders and 26% of eighth graders are proficient in mathematics.

Under Joe Biden, scores in reading have fallen by the largest margin in more than 30 years.

The Biden administration’s policy extending school closures worsened the mental health crisis among young people. Tragically, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data shows that emergency room visits for suspected suicide attempts spiked among girls ages 12 to 17 in 2021, an increase of 51% from 2019.

In 2021, nearly 1 in 5 high school students seriously considered suicide.

President Trump will cut federal funding for any school pushing Critical Race Theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children—and he will pursue civil rights investigations into any school that engages in race-based discrimination.

President Trump will get the left’s “equity” agenda out of our classrooms—and he will get Excellence back IN to our classrooms. On his first day back in office, President Trump will immediately revoke Joe Biden’s sinister executive order mandating that federal departments establish an “equity” enforcement squad to implement a Marxist takeover of the federal government—and he will urge Congress to create a restitution fund for Americans who have been unjustly discriminated against by such “equity” policies.

Love of Country

Just as he did during his first term, President Trump will fight for patriotic education in America’s schools. Notwithstanding that America’s founding principles of liberty and equality have successfully guided the United States throughout the most difficult periods in its history—including the long struggle to abolish slavery, our victories over fascism and communism, the advancement of civil rights for all, and the expansion of material prosperity to more people of every background in a remarkably short period of time—decades of poor scholarship have vilified our Founders and the principles that they championed and have taught many of our young people to hate their own country.

But as America’s history has shown, the path to a restored and strengthened unity can be found through the rediscovery of a shared national identity rooted in our Founding principles and an appreciation of our wonderful American heroes. President Trump will ensure our children know the truth about the American Founding, learn the stories of our remarkable heroes, discover the glories of Western Civilization, and come to appreciate the United States as the freest, most prosperous, and most virtuous nation in the history of the world.

President Trump will reinstate the 1776 Commission, which he originally created but was disbanded by Joe Biden on his first day in office, to ensure America’s children learn the truth about their country’s history and the timeless principles of liberty and equality. Furthermore, the Commission will support President Trump’s pledge to commemorate the 250th anniversary of our nation’s Founding on July 4, 1776, with a yearlong celebration as well as the construction of the National Garden of American Heroes.

President Trump will veto any effort to weaponize or nationalize civics education. And he will create a credentialing body to certify teachers who embrace patriotic values and support the American Way of Life.

Freedom to Pray

President Trump will once again fiercely protect the First Amendment right to pray in public schools—and he will ensure that every American’s fundamental right to the Free Exercise of Religion does NOT end when you walk into a classroom.

When he is back in office, President Trump will again be a champion for the fundamental right to pray in school.

Under President Trump’s leadership, the White House updated federal guidance regarding protected prayer and religious expression in public schools, which had not been issued since 2003.

Just as he did during his first term, President Trump will ensure that to receive federal funds, local educational agencies must confirm that their policies do not prevent or interfere with constitutionally protected rights. President Trump’s guidance streamlined students’ ability to file a complaint if their rights were being violated and guaranteed that students could read religious texts or pray during recess and other non-instructional periods.

Safe, Secure, and Drug-Free

Greatness in the classroom requires safety in the classroom. To that end, President Trump will completely overhaul federal standards on school discipline to get out-of-control troublemakers OUT of the classroom and INTO reform schools and corrections facilities, for the good of themselves and their peers alike. This will include supporting immediate expulsion for any student who harms a teacher or another student.

President Trump will end the leftist takeover of school discipline and the juvenile system. He will order the Departments of Justice and Education to overhaul federal standards on disciplining minors to get violent thugs out of our children’s classrooms so they can get the professional help they need. When troubled youth are out of control, the consequences must be “swift, certain, and strong.”

President Trump will support school districts that allow highly trained teachers to carry concealed weapons at school, which will greatly reduce the threat of school shootings.

To further harden our schools against harm from outside intruders, President Trump will support federal funding to hire veterans, retired police officers, and other trained gunowners as armed guards in our nation’s schools—a measure that will help deter unhinged maniacs and keep our nation’s children out of harm’s way.

As he previously announced, President Trump will direct the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to convene an independent outside panel to investigate whether transgender hormone treatments and ideology increase the risk of extreme depression, aggression, and violence. He will also look at whether common psychiatric drugs, as well as genetically engineered cannabis and other narcotics, are causing psychotic breaks.

President Trump will encourage local school districts to implement a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy regarding illegal drug use or possession in school with immediate suspension or expulsion.

Universal School Choice

President Trump supports universal school choice so that parents can send their children to the public, private, or religious school that best suits their needs, their goals, and their values.

President Trump commends Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah, and West Virginia for leading the American school choice revolution—and he looks forward to working with other states, as well as the U.S. Congress, to provide for universal school choice for every American family.

Freedom in education increases school accountability. A Heritage Foundation report found that school choice creates a “feedback loop that does not exist in the more centralized, top-down systems like the district schools.”

School choice leads to higher graduation rates, higher parental satisfaction and involvement, lower costs, increased competition among schools, and higher reading and math test scores.

School safety has been a top-three reason cited by parents who exercised their right to school choice. In Milwaukee, school choice participants were half as likely to commit felonies and misdemeanors as those who attended public schools.

Project-Based Learning

America’s students are more successful, more engaged, and more prepared for real-world experience when their education involves hands-on projects that aim to approximate what real-world work situations will demand of them. President Trump will support project-based learning inside the classroom to help train students for fulfilling work outside the classroom.

Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education defines project-based learning as a way to “develop deep conceptual understanding of abstract concepts” by seeing how those concepts “actually operate in the real world”—because in order to be successful, “students need to do more than just read textbooks or listen in lecture halls.”

In a project-based learning setting, students work to solve problems that, in the words of Harvard’s Graduate School, “can only be solved if they deeply understand what is to be learned in the class.”

Elements of project-based learning include student engagement, more meaningful learning, exposure to professional career paths, and more active relationships with teachers.

The results of project-based learning have been overwhelmingly positive. A 2021 report from Lucas Education Research found that students in project-based learning environments vastly outperform other students.

Internships and Work Experiences

For many students, the path to a great job is a great internship or part-time work. For that reason, President Trump will implement funding preferences for schools that actively work to help students secure internships, part-time work, and summer jobs that will set them on the path to long and fulfilling careers.

According to XQ Institute, 67% of students don’t think high school is doing enough to prepare them for their careers—a view shared by 93% of teachers, parents, and other non-students. But evidence shows that a career-focused high school experience yields positive results.

The Society for Human Resource Management found the majority of employers agree that students need to begin their focus on their career in high school—including by competing for internships.

According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, 95% of employers said candidate experience is a factor in hiring practices.

As one high school student transition coordinator put it, project- and work-based learning “motivates students to stay in school and improve their grades and attendance. It improves employability skills and makes students aware of nontraditional career opportunities.”

According to a report published by MDRC, “a long-term study of high school career academies, which combined technicalcareer education with an academic curriculum and provided some students with internships with local employers, found that these programs had large, positive impacts on students’ labor market outcomes eight years later.”

Cornerstone Schools in Detroit, MI, a charter school system established in the 1990s, provides a unique model for a career-centered education with opportunities like high school internships, mentorships, and learning experiences with major companies.

Another education model that prioritizes meaningful work experience is Cristo Rey, a Catholic school network that “delivers a career focused, college preparatory education in the Catholic tradition for students with limited economic resources, uniquely integrating rigorous academic curricula with four years of professional work experience and support to and through college.” As education policy analyst and former senior Manhattan Institute fellow Charles Upton Sahm observed of the Cristo Rey model’s work-study program, it “operates, in essence, like a small employment agency”—with firms contracting with Cristo Rey to staff entry-level jobs with each student working five days a month in addition to their schoolwork. The program, Sahm wrote, “helps students build impressive credentials and contacts” as well as develop their “confidence and self-worth.”

Jobs and Career Counseling

President Trump will implement funding preferences for schools with job and career counselors on-hand—because getting a great job best suited to your God-given talents should be a primary goal of education.

According to the National Career Development Association (NCDA), school counselors can play a vital role in “helping students identify their life’s purpose.” Having a purpose, NCDA finds, “can be highly motivating and encourage students to develop skills and persistence towards meaningful education, life, and career goals.”

The American School Counselor Association School found that high school and college “counselors improve their service to their students when they understand [career technical education (CTE)] offers numerous benefits, including rigorous programs of study, academic and CTE curriculum and productive relationships within the business community. These advantages serve as effective means that school counselors can use to help all students make informed career decisions.”

PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF FIGHTING FOR AMERICAN PARENTS AND STUDENTS AT EVERY LEVEL

The Trump administration restored state and local control of education by faithfully implementing the Every Student Succeeds Act, which prohibits the U.S. Department of Education from “attempting to influence, incentivize, or coerce a state to adopt the Common Core State Standards or any other academic standards common to a significant number of states.”

President Trump signed into law the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act, which provides more than 13 million students with high-quality vocational education and extends more than $1.3 billion each year to states for critical workforce development programs.

President Trump signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, expanding school choice, allowing parents to use up to $10,000 from a 529 education savings account to cover K-12 tuition costs at the public, private, or religious school of their choice.

President Trump repealed the Obama-Biden administration’s “Rethink School Discipline” policies.

The Trump White House issued a rule strengthening Title IX protections for survivors of sexual misconduct in schools, and that—for the first time in history—codified that sexual harassment is prohibited under Title IX.

President Trump signed the INSPIRE Act, which encouraged NASA to have more women and girls participate in STEM and seek careers in aerospace and allocated no less than $200 million each year in grants to prioritize women and minorities in STEM and computer science education.

The Trump administration prohibited the teaching of Critical Race Theory across agencies of the federal government.

In 2020, President Trump created the 1776 Commission to “better enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776, and, through this, form a more perfect Union.” And in January 2021, the Commission released the “1776 Report,” which calls for the nation to “renew the pride and gratitude we have for this incredible nation that we are blessed to call home” and concludes by noting that “[w]hen we appreciate America for what she truly is, we know that our Declaration is worth preserving, our Constitution worth defending, our fellow citizens worth loving, and our country worth fighting for.”

President Trump issued updated guidance making clear that the First Amendment right to Free Exercise of Religion does not end at the door to a public school.

President Trump made permanent a commitment of $255 million in annual funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and he increased funding for the Federal Pell Grant program by signing the FUTURE Act.

President Trump signed legislation that included more than $100 million for scholarships, research, and centers of excellence at HBCU land-grant institutions.

In 2018, President Trump fully forgave $322 million in disaster loans to four HBCUs, so they could fully focus on educating their students.

President Trump signed an executive order ensuring that public universities protect First Amendment rights or lose funding, addressing student debt by requiring colleges to share a portion of the financial risk, and increasing transparency by requiring universities to disclose information about the value of potential educational programs.

President Trump called on Congress to pass the Education Freedom Scholarships and Opportunity Act to expand education options for 1 million students of all economic backgrounds.

The United States spends more money on education than any other country in the world. And yet, we get the worst outcomes. We are at the bottom of every list. In total, American society pours more than a trillion dollars a year into public education systems. But instead of being at the top of the list, we are literally right smack — guess what? — at the bottom.

Rather than indoctrinating young people with inappropriate racial, sexual, and political material, which is what we’re doing now, our schools must be totally refocused to prepare our children to succeed in the world of work, and in life and the world of keeping our country strong, so they can grow up to be happy, prosperous, and independent citizens.

We owe our children great schools that lead to great jobs, and leads to an even greater country than we’re living in right now. Right now we’re living in a failing nation because of Joe Biden and these people running it. They’re Marxists. They’re communists. What they’re doing to our country is incredible, but we’ll take care of that for our children.

Here are ten key ideas that will power our movement for great schools.

First, we will respect the right of parents to control the education of their children.

Second, we will empower parents and local school boards to hire and reward great principals and teachers, and also to fire the poor ones. The ones whose performance is unsatisfactory they will be fired. Like on The Apprentice, you’re fired.

Third, we will ensure our classrooms are focused not on political indoctrination, but on teaching the knowledge and skills needed to succeed — reading, writing, math, science, arithmetic, and other truly useful subjects.

Fourth, we will teach students to love their country, not to hate their country like they’re taught right now.

Fifth, we will support bringing back prayer to our schools.

Sixth, we will achieve schools that are safe, secure, and drug free, with immediate expulsion for any student who harms a teacher or another student.

Seventh, we will give all parents the right to choose another school for their children if they want. It’s called school choice.

Eighth, we will ensure students have access to project-based learning experiences inside the classroom to help train them for meaningful work outside the classroom.

Ninth, we will strive to give all students access to internships and work experiences that can set them on a path to their first job. They are going to be very, very successful. I want them to be more successful than Trump. Let them go out and be more successful. I will be the happiest person in the world. But we want our children to have a great life and be successful.

And tenth, we will ensure that all schools provide excellent jobs and career counseling so that high school and college students can get a head start on jobs and careers best suited to their God-given talents.

This is how we will ensure a great education for every American child.

And one other thing I’ll be doing very early in the administration is closing up the Department of Education in Washington D.C. and sending all education and education work and needs back to the States. We want them to run the education of our children, because they’ll do a much better job of it. You can’t do worse. We spend more money per pupil, by three times, than any other nation. And yet we’re absolutely at the bottom. We’re one of the worst. So you can’t do worse. We’re going to end education coming out of Washington D.C. We’re going to close it up — all those buildings all over the place and yet people that in many cases hate our children. We’re going to send it all back to the States.

America Must Have the #1 Lowest Cost Energy and Electricity on Earth

America’s high-tech companies, which have led the world in innovation, rely on vast amounts of affordable electricity. Google, for example, consumes more electricity than half of the countries in the world.

With historic innovation in Artificial Intelligence, America’s software industry needs affordable electricity now more than ever. Inexpensive electricity could make the difference in the world-changing race between U.S. and China to develop the most sophisticated AI.

Across the globe, the high cost of electricity is killing jobs and destroying living standards.

In 2008, the economy of the European Union was larger than America’s economy. Today, after years of radical climate regulations that have made the EU’s cost of electricity the highest in the world, America’s economy is ONE-THIRD LARGER than the European Union and Britain’s combined.

JOE BIDEN’S KAMIKAZEE CLIMATE REGULATIONS ARE DRIVING UP INFLATION AND SURRENDERING OUR ECONOMY TO CHINA:

Instead of building on President Trump’s historic energy success, Joe Biden has surrendered to Communist China and the crazed climate crusaders.

Biden has fulfilled his campaign promise to attack America’s oil, natural gas, and coal producers.

On his first day in office, Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline, which would have carried 830,000 barrels of oil per day to U.S. refineries and created thousands of high-paying jobs.

On his first day in office, Biden stopped all drilling leases in Alaska’s Artic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR), one of America’s largest oil fields, and has refused to publish 5-year lease sale plans, as required by federal law.

On his first day in office, Biden signed Executive Order No. 13990, which tasked the federal government with measuring the “social cost of carbon” and impose a threshold which would cost as much as $561 billion in regulatory burdens according to a federal court.

On his first day in office, Joe Biden rejoined the horrendously unfair, pro-China Paris Climate Agreement.

After a federal judge blocked Biden’s efforts to end all oil and gas leases, Joe Biden increased the cost of oil and gas leases by 50% and reduced the available acreage for drilling by 80%.

Joe Biden’s proposed budgets have called for massive tax hikes on oil and gas, $35 billion in FY2022, $43.6 billion in FY2023, and $37 billion in FY2024.

In May 2022, Joe Biden announced the cancelation of three offshore lease sales in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico, despite federal law that requires Biden to sell leases annually.

Biden’s EPA issued an ultimatum to counties in Texas and New Mexico to reduce oil and natural gas production through ozone restrictions in the Permian Basin, which accounts for 43 percent of U.S. oil production and almost 50 billion barrels of recoverable oil.

In June 2021, Biden promised foreign nations to reduce methane restrictions by 30% and saddled new rules and monitoring onto the oil and gas industry that will be passed on to consumers through higher prices.

Biden has even threatened fossil fuel producers with jail time for powering American cars and homes.

While Biden’s White House says that oil companies have a “patriotic duty” to produce more oil, it is gutting them at every turn.

From their all-time peak under President Trump of 19 million barrels per day (BPD), American oil refineries have fallen below 18 million barrels per day in 2022, their lowest level in eight years. More than 1 million BPD capacity has been lost in the last year under Biden.

Under Joe Biden, refiners are closing their doors, and more are expected to follow. 1.69 million BPD of capacity will be lost in 2023 alone.

Joe Biden’s war on energy has been a war on American consumers—with record high energy prices and skyrocketing inflation.

Fueled by Biden’s war on energy, consumer inflation hit a 41-year high in 2022.

Americans are paying an average of $2,500 more in energy costs under Biden.

Since Biden took office in January 2021 to July 2023, total energy costs have risen 39%, gasoline has risen 53%, home energy costs have risen 25%, electricity bills have risen 26%, and gas bills have risen 23%.

Under Biden, a gallon of gas hit a record $4 on average last year and is $3.80 at the beginning of September 2023, $1.41 a gallon (or 58%) higher under Biden than President Trump.

No matter how historically high energy prices have risen, Joe Biden has refused to take his administration’s boot off the necks of American energy companies.

To repair the energy disaster that he created, Joe Biden has begged dictators for more oil and recklessly drained our Country’s emergency energy stockpiles.

Joe Biden has gone hat-in-hand to Venezuela’s dictator Nicolás Maduro, Saudi Arabia’s crown prince Mohammed bin Salman, and likely Xi Jinping in China in the future asking for oil.

President Biden has depleted the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) by 291.24 million barrels of oil (45.6%) from the level achieved under President Trump. Today, the SPR has the lowest reserves in 40 years.

The winner of Joe Biden’s war on energy is Communist China.

For the first time in history, under Joe Biden, China is refining more oil than the U.S.

While the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is already dangerously low, Joe Biden sold MORE THAN A MILLION BARRELS from the SPR to CHINA.

Because China possesses near monopolies on the minerals needed to make EV batteries, Biden’s insane emissions mandates will make the American auto industry dependent on China.

Biden’s clean energy czar John Podesta confirmed that Chinese companies will be “big players” in the Biden energy agenda.

Joe Biden’s new electricity emission rules will send American companies overseas to China, where electricity costs are the cheapest in the world.

In May 2023, Joe Biden’s EPA issued new emission rules that will strangle American electricity production, while blackouts and soaring electricity prices plague Americans across the country.

The EPA proposal would require power plants to use untested technologies, like hydrogen blending and carbon capture and sequestration (CCS), to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

According to two 2022 studies, the vast majority of CCS projects have underperformed or failed to date and hydrogen blending is plagued with safety and effectiveness concerns.

The rule is part of Biden’s push to install as much as 60,000 miles of carbon capture pipeline into the American countryside by 2050.

The rule would expose 45 million people in 15 states living in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) power grid to increased risks of blackouts and cost an estimated $246 billion by 2055.

This rule comes after electricity prices under Biden have already soared since he took office. Last summer, industrial electricity costs in the U.S. were almost twice as high as they were in China.

In April 2023, Joe Biden’s radical left EPA proposed new emissions regulations that are so strict it is physically impossible for gas-powered cars to meet them. As a result, the regulations would require EV sales to increase from 6% to 67% of all U.S. auto sales by 2032.

Biden’s new emissions regulations are projected to eliminate AT LEAST 117,000 auto manufacturing jobs throughout the U.S.

America’s heartland, which produces more than two-fifths of U.S.-built vehicles and three-fifths of U.S.-built transmissions will be hit the hardest, with Michigan projected to lose an estimated 25,000 jobs, Indiana losing 16,000 jobs, and Ohio losing 14,000 jobs.

Automotive manufacturing would seriously suffer in the South as well, with Tennessee losing 7,000 jobs, South Carolina losing 5,600 jobs, and Alabama losing 5,200 jobs.

Job losses as a result of Biden’s insane EV mandates have already begun with GM announcing the termination of 14,000 jobs and five assembly plants, Ford announcing the firing of 3,000 jobs in its shift to EVs, and Stellantis (owner of Chrysler) announcing the firing of 3,500 employees as it moves to EVs.

Because EVs cost an average of TWICE as much as gas-powered vehicles, take longer to fully charge, and have shorter ranges, almost two-thirds of Americans prefer their next car purchase to be a gas-powered vehicle, nearly halfof all car dealerships would never sell an EV, and about half of current EV owners plan to switch back to a gas-powered car.

Biden is forcing the production of EVs but restricting the ability for Americans to power them efficiently. The result will be higher energy costs for vehicles that Americans do not want but will be coerced to buy.

If America is going to dominate the world in manufacturing once again as it did when I was running things — you remember when they used to say you can’t have manufacturing jobs in our country anymore. I said really? Why? And we created hundreds of thousands of them — we must be the most affordable energy and electricity place anywhere on the planet.

We have to have affordable energy. Right now we have energy that’s weak, substandard, and unaffordable. It’s made by the wind. The windmills rust. They rot. They kill the birds. It’s the most expensive energy there is. And we have other things that are also no good. It’s called the Green New Deal — I call it the Green New Hoax.

One of the reasons manufacturing jobs were flooding back into the United States when I was president, was that we dramatically reduced energy costs. Sadly, Crooked Joe Biden sacrificed his tremendous economic advantage on the altar of the Green New Deal. Perhaps because he was bribed by Communist China or because Communist China knows all of the money that they’ve paid him. We have a Manchurian Candidate. That’s what he is. He’s a Manchurian Candidate. They know everything about him. And he’ scared stiff. He won’t do a thing. I take in hundreds of billions of dollars from China. And Joe Biden’s afraid to even talk to them.

Biden’s War on American Energy has sent prices soaring and his latest actions will make it catastrophically worse. It’s going to be bad at a level that we’ve never seen. This will be so bad. Under Biden’s newly proposed power plant regulations, most natural gas and coal plants will be forced to shut down. By the way, they tried that in Germany, and now they’re going back and building coal plants all over the place. Because they’ve destroyed Germany. They have no energy. So Germany now is building a coal plant every two weeks. And China is building a coal plant every week. Every single week they’re putting up a new coal plant. And we’re playing games with the wind.

This is terrible what’s happening to our country. There is nothing to replace our energy at

this time, not even close. It’s very expensive. And it’s very weak. It doesn’t have the power to power up those big plants that you see.

At the same time as Biden is shutting down existing power plants, he also wants to force hundreds of millions of Americans into ultra-expensive electric vehicles. It costs twice as much as what you have. And what you have is better and it goes a lot longer. And it’s a lot easier to fill up. And we have liquid gold under our feet at a level that no other country has. But they’ll strain the grid to the breaking point — it already is at a breaking point. If you look at California, it’s got brownouts and blackouts every single day. People can’t turn on their air conditioners — and it’ll drive electricity prices into the stratosphere.

If Biden’s policies go forward, our electricity costs will be the highest on Earth — they’re already very close — with shortages, blackouts, and crippling inflation. U.S. manufacturing will be dead, absolutely dead, and China will be laughing all the way to the bank. They will end up controlling the world.

My plan is the exact opposite. As President, I will set a national goal of ensuring that America has the number one lowest cost of energy of any industrial country anywhere on Earth. I want to be number one.

We were energy independent just three years ago. And now we’re begging Venezuela for their oil. And yet we have many times more than any other country. There is no country — Saudi Arabia, Russia, nobody — no country has what we have. We will develop the liquid gold that is right under our feet, including American oil and natural gas and we will also embrace nuclear, clean coal, hydropower, which is fantastic, and every other form of affordable energy to get it done.

We will not only match China, we will be cheaper than China by a lot. And more energy will mean lower inflation that will mean more jobs.

I will cancel Biden’s ruinous power plant rule, terminate his electric vehicle mandate — if you want to buy an electric car, that’s fine, but you’re going to be able to buy every other form of car also — and unleash domestic energy production like never before. But just think of it: energy independence three years ago. Energy dominance was going to follow very shortly. We were going to pay off our debt. We were going to lower taxes for everybody. And they ended that, immediately ended it. First day they ended it.

I will fully modernize the electric grid to prepare it for the next 100 years, implement rapid

approvals for energy projects, and green light the construction of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of brand new beautiful power plants that actually work. This will pave the way for an enormous growth in American wealth.

In the future, every manufacturing plant, every data center, every semiconductor facility and assembly line will want to be built in America. They’re all going to want to be in America. Because we’re going to have the lowest cost of energy. It’s a big factor. This will be the place where the cost of energy is lower than anyplace else on Earth, where the economy is stronger than anyplace else on Earth, and where the workers are the best, brightest and most talented anywhere in the world.

I want to thank you very much. We cannot let this man who is diminished mentally and physically, but much worse mentally. We cannot let him tell us what to do with our country. He has no clue. He can’t put two sentences together.

Returning Production of Essential Medicines Back to America and Ending Biden’s Pharmaceutical Shortages

– President Trump will restore his Executive Order 13944, dated August 6, 2020, on Ensuring Essential Medicines, Medical Countermeasures, and Critical Inputs Are Made in the United States.

– This Essential Medicines EO sought to ensure sufficient and reliable, long-term domestic production of essential medications, minimizing potential shortages by reducing our dependence on foreign manufacturers.

– The EO required federal agencies to “Buy American” by facilitating the domestic production of medicines and medical devices that the FDA determined “essential” to public health. It did so by requiring federal agencies to buy medicines and medical devices that are entirely “produced in the United States.”

– The EO also required the U.S. Trade Representative to modify our international trade agreements so that drugs deemed “essential” to public health by the FDA can no longer be purchased by federal agencies from any of the 120 countries that has a trade agreement with the U.S. that authorizes the manufacture of such “essential” drugs for the U.S. market.

– President Trump’s August 2020 Essential Medicines EO reflected critical lessons learned from the national response to the COVID19 pandemic, including the extreme national vulnerability caused by the lack of an adequate domestic manufacturing capability for critical pharmaceuticals. This vulnerability was compounded by the severely UNDERFUNDED and DEPLETED Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) left by the Obama-Biden administration. As a result, between March 2020 and January 2021, President Trump invoked the Defense Production Act over 100 times to rapidly replenish the SNS with medicines and medical equipment to fight the pandemic. As a part of this effort, large-scale and long-term government contracts were awarded to American manufacturers to produce life-saving essential medicines and medical equipment for public health emergencies. For example, Phlow Corporation in Richmond, Virginia, was awarded a $354 million contract—with an additional $458 million available for long-term stockpiling purposes—to manufacture over a dozen kinds of USA-made medicines and their precursor ingredients to treat patients hospitalized with the COVID19 virus.

– Restoring President Trump’s August 2020 Essential Medicines EO will kickstart the domestic production of lifesaving drugs.

– American doctors should never have to give a patient a drug from an unapproved facility in China or India. We can and must produce these essential medicines at home.

– Under Biden, shortages of essential medications have grown astronomically.

– Between 2021 and 2022, new drug shortages increased by 30 percent, with a record five-year high of 295 active drug shortages at the end of 2022.

– The U.S. is at a near-10 year high in drug shortages.

– There is currently a shortage of at least 14 cancer drugs in the U.S.

– In 2021, China was the top exporter of pharmaceutical to the U.S. measured by weight, accounting for 190 million kilograms (418 million lbs.) or 23% of total pharma imports.

– Chinese imports to the U.S. now account for 95 percent of ibuprofen, 91 percent of hydrocortisone, 70 percent of acetaminophen, and 40 to 45 percent of penicillin.

– China and India account for 90 percent of all prescriptions written in the U.S.

– Chinese and Indian drug companies present a substantial risk to the health of Americans.

– In June 2023, the Biden FDA considered temporarily importing cancer drugs, cisplatin and carboplatin, from unapproved foreign companies because of domestic shortages.

– The shortages were exacerbated by Intas Pharmaceuticals, an Indian drug companies that shut down production after it shredded documents and dowsed trashcans in acid when the FDA began to investigate them.

– The Biden FDA allowed Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, an Indian drug company, to export into the U.S. even though it was under an import ban because of significant violations of current good manufacturing practices at its facility in Baddi.

President Trump Calls for Death Penalty for Human Traffickers

“I will urge Congress to ensure that anyone caught trafficking children across our border receives the death penalty immediately,” President Trump said.

Earlier this week, President Trump hosted a screening of the new film Sound of Freedom at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.

Sound of Freedom grossed $41.7 million in the first week of its release and opened at No. 1 in Texas, Florida, and Arizona theaters. The feature has taken the nation by storm, beating out Disney’s Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny in July 4th movie ticket sales despite appearing in far fewer theaters, securing the top position in the box office for the day. The film which is being distributed by Angel Studios, was produced by Mexican filmmaker Eduardo Verástegui and stars Jim Caviezel.

Verástegui who was previously appointed a member of President Trump’s Advisory Commission on Hispanic Prosperity and who has continuously advocated for a strong and vital bilateral relationship between the U.S. and Mexico, emphasized the importance of coming together as a society to address this pernicious evil and eradicate child trafficking.

The film is based on the true story of federal agent Tim Ballard’s mission to save children from child sex traffickers in Colombia.

On Thursday morning, Caviezel and Verástegui appeared on Fox & Friends to highlight the film’s success and President Trump’s impressive screening at Bedminster.

In the interview, Caviezel called President Trump “the new Moses” and said, “he’s got to be in there because he’s going to go after the traffickers.”

In one of my first acts in office, I signed an executive order targeting transnational criminal organizations that traffic and exploit innocent people. I signed the Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization Act, authorizing $430 million to fight sex and labor trafficking.

I signed legislation to crack down on foreign countries who are not meeting standards for eliminating trafficking, of which there are many. I also signed into law the abolish Human Trafficking Act, which strengthened programs supporting survivors and provided more resources for ending modern slavery.

We do have modern slavery, if you can believe it. Additionally, I created the first ever White House position focused solely on combating human trafficking and perhaps most importantly, we created the most secure border in US history by far, dealing a major blow to the cartels and traffickers. We built hundreds of miles of wall. We renovated hundreds of miles of wall. We never had anything like it, and then I got Mexico free of charge, to give us 28,000 soldiers to protect us from people coming into our country illegally.

When I’m back in the White House, I will immediately end the Biden border nightmare that traffickers are using to exploit vulnerable women and children. We will fully secure the border. I will wage war on the cartels just as I destroyed the ISIS caliphate, 100% gone, 100% destroyed. They’ll come back now because we have a weak administration.

– For decades, the U.S. government received over 80% of its revenue through tariffs on foreign goods, instead of taxes on Americans.

– However, U.S. tariffs are now among the lowest in the world, making America the most import-pressured country in the world.

– The current China tariff average is 341 percent higher than the United States, and the European Union tariff average is 50 percent higher than the U.S. The world average tariff rate is more than twice that of the U.S.

– For example, food items like cereals or other preparatory goods are tariffed at 32.9 percent by India, 19.5 percent by China, and only 3.1 percent by the U.S. India applies a tariff of 25.3 percent on transportation equipment, while the U.S. only tariffs those goods at 2.9 percent.

– When the U.S. set low tariffs on foreign goods, foreign countries generally did not reciprocate, allowing them to flood the American market with cheap goods while keeping high, protective tariffs on their own markets.

Joe Biden has run up record trade deficits, also known as losses, higher than any president in history by far. These gaping wounds are costing our country countless jobs and trillions and trillions of dollars in wealth.

One of my top economic priorities will be to stem this bleeding and put American workers on a level playing field.

It’s about time. And I must say, I did it three years ago, and they were doing great, but that’s been blown out the window by the Biden Administration.

But to that end, I will pass landmark legislation that will be known as the Trump Reciprocal Trade Act.

If India, China, or any other country hits us with a 100 or 200 percent tariff on American-made goods, we will hit them with the same exact tariff. In other words, 100 percent is 100 percent. If they charge US, we charge THEM—an eye for an eye, a tariff for a tariff, same exact amount.

One thing is going to happen: probably they drop the tariff, but if they don’t, that’s okay. We’ll take in plenty of money.

Under the Trump Reciprocal Trade Act, other countries will have two choices—they’ll get rid of their tariffs on us, or they will pay us hundreds of billions of dollars, and the United States will make an absolute FORTUNE. There will be no more unilateral economic surrender like we’ve done for many many decades.

This will especially help our great farmers in Iowa and other Agricultural states, and it will help our manufactures all across the nation. We will be knocking down barriers to American farm products, American dairy products, steel—just about everything you can think of. From all around the world they take advantage of us, but no more.

We must have FAIRNESS and RECIPROCITY.

That’s the word—reciprocity. They do it to us; we do it to them.

This will be a key part of our strategy to return jobs and wealth to the United States and launch an economic boom that will lift up our middle class and eliminate our dependence on China and other countries. And it is something that has been waiting to happen for a long time.

We have been the whipping post for everyone else. We have been a country that was disrespected on trade, and frankly, disrespected on just about everything. No more.

Using Impoundment to Cut Waste, Stop Inflation, and Crush the Deep State

– President Trump will restore the Impoundment Power, reestablishing the balance of power between the Legislative and the Executive branches.

– On Day One, President Trump will direct federal agencies to identify portions of their budgets where massive savings are possible through the Impoundment Power, while maintaining the same level of funding for defense, Social Security, and Medicare.

– President Trump will take action to challenge the constitutionality of limits placed on the Impoundment Power by the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (CBA), the source of Congress’s usurpation of Executive Branch powers.

– President Trump will also work with Congress to overturn the limits of the CBA.

– In passing the CBA, Congress handcuffed the president from preventing wasteful spending.

– The CBA dramatically limited impoundment, the power of the president to choose not to unnecessarily spend taxpayer dollars, forcing the executive branch to spend every penny of congressionally appropriated funds.

– Under current law, the president can request rescissions of funds, but those requests must be approved by both houses of Congress. The president can only defer the use of funds in limited instances.

– Leading constitutional scholars agree that impoundment is an inherent power of the president.

– Congress has the “power of the purse,” so its appropriations necessarily set a ceiling on federal spending for a particular purpose, but it should not set the floor.

– Article II of the Constitution vests the president with the inherent authority to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” which has historically been understood to mean that the president can impound funds when doing so allows him to enforce the law more effectively and efficiently.

– In defense of the president’s impoundment power against attacks from Congress, Joseph Sneed, Deputy Attorney General under President Richard Nixon, explained that the use of executive impoundment “to promote fiscal stability is not usurpation; rather it is in the great tradition of checks and balances upon which our Constitution is based.”

– Restoring the Impoundment Power will naturally lead the Executive and Legislative Branches to have to work together to negotiate and gain better control of federal spending.

– Although Congress has the power to appropriate funds, inherent within the president’s power to execute the law is a measure of discretion on how funds are spent, because spending decisions often depend on how laws are executed in practice.

– The CBA placed crippling burdens on the use of impoundment authority and on the president’s negotiating leverage with Congress over how taxpayer dollars are spent, leaving Congress with virtually unchecked budget authority.

EXECUTIVE BRANCH’S USE OF ITS CONSTITUTIONAL IMPOUNDMENT POWER DATES BACK TO THE EARLIEST DAYS OF THE REPUBLIC:

– The Executive Branch Impoundment Power traces its roots to the Jefferson Administration and the earliest days of the American Republic.

– In 1803, after France refused the U.S. access to the Port of New Orleans, Congress appropriated funding for 15 gunboats. President Jefferson refused to spend the money after determining that the purchase of the gunboats would jeopardize negotiations with the French.

– In his third annual message to Congress explaining why he had not purchased the gunboats as authorized by Congress, President Jefferson declared that a “favorable and peaceable turn of affairs on the Mississippi rendered an immediate execution of that law unnecessary.” President Jefferson used his power as the Chief Executive to impound congressionally appropriated funds based on his foreign policy and national security judgment that the use of the funds would be unwise and unnecessary.

– For 170 years, from President Jefferson to President Nixon, the chief executive routinely used the Impoundment Power to further national interests.

– In the 19^th century, presidents James Buchanan and Ulysses S. Grant used impoundment in the context of domestic policy to prevent the use of funds to build post offices in Illinois and construct river and harbor improvements.

– Democratic administrations, such as those of Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, John F. Kennedy, and Lyndon B. Johnson, also exercised the Impoundment Power.

– Today, the Impoundment Power is regularly used by 43 governors across the U.S.

PRESIDENT TRUMP’S RESTORATION OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH IMPOUNDMENT POWER WILL BE AN EFFECTIVE TOOL IN FIGHT AGAINST WASTEFUL SPENDING:

– Since the CBA, wasteful overspending has exploded out of control.

– Congress has run deficits in all but four years since 1974.

– In 1974, the national debt was $475 Billion and 31 percent of the GDP. Today, it is $30.8 trillion and 123 percent of the GDP.

– Since the CBA was enacted, the federal debt has never gone below its 1974 level.

– Improper payments, payments made incorrectly by the federal government, cost the U.S. $247 billion in 2022.

– The U.S. government has lost nearly $2.4 trillion in simple payment errors over the last two decades.

– For 50 years, Congress has used the CBA to force the passage of gigantic, wasteful spending packages.

– Since the CBA, Congress has adopted a budget resolution on time only 6 times, missing the deadline by an average of 40 days.

– Congress has almost never met the CBA deadline for its 12 annual appropriations bills, often resorting to omnibus spending bills to rush appropriations through.

Crooked Joe Biden, our disgraced president, has wasted trillions of taxpayer dollars in less than three years—causing uncontrolled inflation that is crushing working families.

When I return to the White House, I will do everything I can to challenge the Impoundment Control Act in court, and if necessary, get Congress to overturn it. We will overturn it.

I will then use the president’s long-recognized Impoundment Power to squeeze the bloated federal bureaucracy for massive savings. This will be in the form of tax reductions for you. This will help quickly to stop inflation and slash the deficit.

To prepare for this eventuality, on Day One, I will order every federal agency to begin identifying large chunks of their budgets that can be saved through efficiencies and waste reduction using Impoundment.

Of course, this will not include national defense and, unlike Ron DeSanctimonious, who doesn’t really know what is happening, I will not lay a finger on Medicare or Social Security. He wants to destroy Social Security and basically obliterate Medicare. These are benefits for our seniors. We are not going to touch it. There are many other things we can do. We are not going to let Ron DeSanctus do anything to hurt Medicare or Social Security.

On the contrary, some of the funds we save through Impoundment from other parts of the government can be used to strengthen Medicare and Social Security for years to come.

Reasserting the president’s historic Impoundment authority will also restore critical negotiating leverage with Congress to keep spending under control. Very simple. We are going to keep spending under control.

We had it done and then Covid came in and we had to do some things to help save our country. We did a great job. But we were starting to make lots of money. We were Energy Independent. We were going to be Energy Dominant. We were going to be taking in massive amounts of money from the liquid gold that we have under our feet. More than any other nation. And we were going to reduce taxes and pay off debt.

This is the ONLY way we will ever return a balanced budget: Impoundment.

Just as importantly, bringing back Impoundment will give us a crucial tool with which to obliterate the Deep State, Drain the Swamp, and starve the Warmongers –– these people that want wars all over the place; killing, killing, killing, they love killing — and the Globalists out of government.

Three years from now, the United States will celebrate the biggest and most important milestone in our country’s history — 250 years of American Independence. What a great country. We have to keep it that way. But that’s why as a nation, we should be preparing for the most spectacular birthday party. We want to make it the best of all time. Here is my plan to give America’s founding in 1776 the incredible anniversary it truly deserves.

On Day One, I will convene a White House task force called “Salute to America 250”. It will be responsible for coordinating with state and local governments to ensure not just one day of celebration, but an entire year of festivities across the nation starting on Memorial Day 2025 and continuing through July 4th, 2026.

Second, I will work with all 50 Governors, Republican and Democrat alike, to create the Great American State Fair, a unique one-year exhibition featuring pavilions from all fifty states. It’ll be something. The Great American State Fair will showcase the glory of every state in the Union, promote pride in our history, and put forth innovative visions for America’s future.

My hope is that the amazing people of IOWA will work with my administration to open up the legendary Iowa state fairgrounds to host the Great American State Fair and welcome millions and millions of visitors from around the world to the heartland of America for this special one-time festival.

Together we will build it, and they will come.

Third, alongside the Great American State Fair, we will host major sporting contests for high school athletes. These are great athletes, wonderful athletes from fantastic high schools all around the country. These Patriot Games will allow young Americans from every state to show off the best of American skill, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.

Fourth, I will sign an Executive Order to bring back our National Garden of American Heroes, which we want to build very badly, and commission artists for the first one hundred statues to populate this new statuary park honoring the greatest Americans of all time.

Fifth, as President, I will invite the leaders and citizens of nations around the world to visit the United States in honor of our 250th anniversary. It’s going to be great. America’s tourist industry should get ready because we’re going to have a lot of people coming. It will be a record year.

And finally, and most importantly, I ask America’s great religious communities to pray for our nation and our people as we prepare for this momentous occasion. From the very beginning, America has been a country sustained and strengthened by prayer and by our communities of faith. Day One Executive Order Ending Citizenship for Children of Illegals and Outlawing Birth Tourism

– Constitutional scholars have shown for decades that granting automatic citizenship to the children of illegal aliens born in the United States is based on a patently incorrect interpretation of the 14th Amendment.

– The 14th Amendment extends federal citizenship to “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

– The purpose of the 14th Amendment had nothing to do with the citizenship of immigrants, let alone the citizenship of the children of illegal aliens. Its purpose was to extend citizenship to people newly freed from slavery, whose status was left in question after the infamous case Dred Scott v. Sandford.

– The framers of the 14th Amendment made clear that “persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens [or] who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers” are not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S.

– For years, open-borders proponents have deliberately misinterpreted “subject to the jurisdiction” in the 14th Amendment to mean merely subject to American law, which is the case for anyone physically present in the United States.

– This twisting of the amendment’s meaning and intent has caused America to become one of the few countries in the world to extend citizenship to the children of illegal aliens even if both parents are not citizens nor even legally present in the United States, thus diluting the privileges that Americans are entitled to.

BIDEN’S OPEN BORDER POLICY IS A NATIONAL SECURITY, ECONOMIC, AND HUMANITARIAN DISASTER:

– A record number of illegal aliens crossed the southern border in both 2021 and 2022. In the official numbers alone, there have been over 6.6 million illegal crossings since Biden took office—but the true numbers are much higher.

– Nearly 100 known or suspected terrorists were arrested at the border last year—more than three times the total for the previous five years combined. Border arrests of illegal alien murderers increased by over 1,900% and arrests of illegal alien drug traffickers increased by 480% since 2020.

– Biden’s open border policy has also created a humanitarian crisis, with migrant deaths reaching a record high last year and human smuggling arrests up 82% since 2014.

Protecting Students from the Radical Left and Marxist Maniacs Infecting Educational Institutions

President Trump will protect American students, impose real standards on higher education, and hold colleges and universities accountable.

Ending the Nightmare of the Homeless, Drug Addicts, and Dangerously Deranged

We will open up our cities again, make them livable and make them beautiful.

For those who are just temporarily down on their luck, we will work to help them quickly reintegrate into a normal life.

For those who have addictions, substance abuse, and common mental health problems, we will get them into treatment.

And for those who are severely mentally ill and deeply disturbed, we will bring them back to mental institutions, where they belong, with the goal of reintegrating them back into society once they are well enough to manage. It’s a tough task, a very tough task, what’s taken place on the streets, what’s taken place when they’re taking so much drugs. But the fact is we’re going to try.

This strategy will be far better and also far less expensive than spending vast sums of taxpayer money to house the homeless in luxury hotels without addressing their underlying issues—and they have so many of these underlying issues and needs.

This is how I will end the scourge of homelessness and make our cities clean, and safe, and beautiful once again. We will do it. We will bring back America.

Liberating America from Biden’s Regulatory Onslaught

Firing the Radical Marxist Prosecutors Destroying America

As part of this effort, there should be a federal inquiry into the Soros prosecutor in Austin, Texas, who charged a veteran with murder for defending himself against a threat by a heavily armed member of a radical left mob. I will also order the Department of Justice to establish a task force on protecting the right to self-defense, which is under siege nationwide.

In addition, we will have a complete investigation into the use of police state tactics by federal authorities to arrest conservatives and Christians. We will find out who ordered it, and we will hold them totally accountable.

Fifth, we will launch a major crackdown on government leakers who collude with the fake news to deliberately weave false narratives and to subvert our government and our democracy. When possible, we will press criminal charges.

Sixth, we will make every Inspector General’s Office independent and physically separated from the departments they oversee so they do not become the protectors of the Deep State.

Seventh, I will ask Congress to establish an independent auditing system to continually monitor our intelligence agencies to ensure they are not spying on our citizens or running disinformation campaigns against the American people, or that they are not spying on someone’s campaign like they spied on my campaign.

Eighth, we will continue the effort launched by the Trump administration to move parts of the sprawling federal bureaucracy to new locations outside the Washington Swamp. Just as I moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado, as many as 100,000 government positions can be moved out. And I mean immediately out of Washington to places filled with patriots who love America, and they really do love America.

Ninth, I will work to ban federal bureaucrats from taking jobs at the companies they deal with and that they regulate. So they deal with these companies and they regulate these companies and then they want to take jobs from these companies. Under Biden’s order, within 30 days, over 20 agencies including the Treasury, the Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Defense will be requiredto implement an “Agency Equity Team.”

These teams will be tasked with infusing radical left-wing concepts and training throughout the federal workforce as well as submitting annual equity plans to a new White House Steering Committee on Equity.

A member of Biden’s administration recently admitted that the goal is to put the concept of equity “at the center of how this government operates.”

Biden’s order re-establishes discrimination in America’s federal programs and forces the creation of an insidious system that discriminates based on race and sex.

BIDEN’S DISCRIMINATORY AGENDA: The Biden administration has a long history of abandoning the principles of equal treatment for all Americans and pursuing discriminatory and Marxist policies instead.

From day one, Biden has made it his mission to infuse radical policies into the federal government. Biden abolished President Trump’s 1776 Commission and quickly rolled out an education agenda that encourages teaching American children to erase the Declaration of Independence and its timeless truth that “all men are created equal.”

Last year, the Biden administration released 25 “equity action plans” that effectively call for allocating government resources based on an individual’s race or identity rather than need.

Multiple judges have found that the Biden administration has engaged in unconstitutional discrimination under the guise of “equity.”

The Biden administration attempted to grant loan forgiveness to certain groups of farmers while excluding others before the program was blocked by a federal judge.

Another federal judge found that the Biden administration was engaging in race based discrimination in the allocation of COVID relief to restaurant owners.

The Biden administration and Democrats have also used “equity” as a catch-all term to justify each one of their radical policies, from the Green New Deal to defunding the police.

I will instruct the Department of Justice to make clear that any such discrimination is completely and totally illegal, and to investigate the unlawful domination and discrimination and civil right abuses carried out by the Biden administration.

I will immediately terminate all staffers hired to implement this policy, and eliminate all offices and initiatives connected to it. We will not allow it to happen.

I will create a special team to rapidly review every action taken by federal agencies under Biden’s “equity” agenda that will need to be reversed. We will reverse almost all of them. Maybe, in fact, all of them.

I will also urge Congress to create a restitution fund for Americans who have been unjustly discriminated against by these “equity” policies, and I will restore a merit-based federal civil service.

Trade deficits have led to massive job losses in America’s manufacturing sector. Increased imports decrease demand for domestic production, leading to a loss of manufacturing jobs.

The growing trade deficit with China between 2001 and 2015 alone led to an estimated loss of 3.4 million jobs.

After the twin disasters of NAFTA and China’s entry into the World Trade Organization, the U.S. lost 60,000 factories.

The current trade deficit is bolstering China, which uses the money it bilks from America to buy up American real estate and wealth-creating industries.

China owns over 194,000 acres of U.S. farmland, and at least 2,400 U.S. companies are majority-owned by Chinese investors and firms.

I will also work with Congress to give the victims of their Marxist policies the right to sue local officials for harm and suffering, and it has been great that they have caused. If your small business is pillaged because shoplifting goes unpunished, if you’re brutally attacked by a violent felon released without bail or bond, then you will be entitled to massive damages.

Fourth, I will order the Department of Justice or as some people call it the ‘Department of injustice’ right now and Homeland Security to dismantle every gang, street crew, and drug network in America. Every single one of them will be dismantled.

We already know where these turf wars and drug dens are. We know who the people are. And we’re going to charge them and charge the culprits with every crime that we can find. We’re going to be fair, but we’re going to be tough. We also need the death penalty for drug dealers, so important. And I’d also add to that human traffickers. Drug dealers and human traffickers. They get the death penalty, watch it stop and stop quickly.

Fifth, in cities where there has been a complete breakdown of law and order, where the fundamental rights of our citizens are being intolerably violated, I will not hesitate to send in federal assets including the National Guard until safety is restored.

If Nancy Pelosi would have accepted our National Guard or our soldiers, you wouldn’t have had January 6, but she and the mayor of D.C. didn’t do that.

Sixth, we will end the leftist takeover of school discipline and juvenile justice. Many of these carjackers and criminals are 13, 14, and 15 years old. I will order the Education and Justice Departments to overhaul federal standards on disciplining minors. So, when troubled youth are out of control, they’re out on the streets and they’re going wild, we will stop it. The consequences are swift, certain and strong and they will know that.

Seventh, they will protect the right of self-defense everywhere it is under siege. And I will sign concealed carry reciprocity. Your Second Amendment does not end at the state line. In addition, I will of course fully secure the border, dramatically increase interior enforcement, and wage war on the cartels.

We have never had a border so secure as it was just two years ago. And now our border is the worst anywhere in the world, and possibly of all time. There’s never been a country that allowed to happen what’s happening in the United States right now, where millions of people are pouring across our borders. They come from mental institutions. They come from the prisons. They’re all being led out so they can come into the United States. They’re poisoning our country.

We will also take back our streets from the homeless, the drug addicted, and the mentally ill. I will discuss those plans in much more detail very soon. During his State of the Union speech Biden said, “We’re going to need oil for at least another decade,” which proves he is completely short-sighted and disconnected from reality about the importance of American energy.

He cancelled the Keystone XL Pipeline, he reentered the horrendous Paris Climate Accord, so unfair to the United States, good for other countries, so bad for us. He put up huge roadblocks to new oil, gas and coal production and much, much more.

In effect, Biden’s anti-American energy crusade is a massive tax hike on everything. Higher energy costs, raise the price of food, raw material, shipping, transportation, construction, manufacturing, and everything else.

The country that now benefits most from Joe Biden’s radical left Green New Deal is China. High energy prices in America are a gift to China, a major factor in driving our heavy industry overseas. If you want to be an advanced manufacturing nation, you must be able to produce low-cost energy. You’ll never be a rich nation without it.

And if you want to deindustrialize the United States, then you would seek to drive up the cost of energy here as much as possible, just as Joe Biden has done, perhaps unknowingly. That I don’t know. That’s why Biden’s energy agenda is China’s energy agenda.

That’s why China signs up for every stupid globalist climate deal, and then immediately breaks it. They don’t live up to their deals. When I’m back in the White House, I will bring back a pro-American energy policy at long last.

As you know, China paid hundreds of billions of dollars to the United States when I was president. No other president got ten cents, check it out, not even ten cents. Stopping Chinese Espionage

President Donald J. Trump released a new video detailing China’s increased espionage within the United States and Joe Biden’s weak leadership in allowing China to trample on American sovereignty.

“As President, I took the most dramatic action of any administration to curtail China’s ability to conduct espionage in the United States,” President Trump said. “And when I’m back in the White House, those efforts will be expanded in a very, very big way. Instead of hunting down Republicans, a reformed FBI and Justice Department will be hunting down Chinese spies.”

President Trump posted on Truth Social to let the American people know exactly where he stands on the China spy balloon.

Joe Biden has surrendered America’s borders to illegal aliens, and now he has surrendered American airspace to Communist China. Biden is deliberately allowing a Chinese spy balloon to soar freely over the continental United States.

Biden is weak on China because he is controlled and owned by China. He dismantled the Trump administration’s initiative countering Chinese espionage in the United States, he canceled the ban on the Chinese intelligence weapon known as TikTok, and he is allowing China to buy up critical infrastructure all over the country, including real estate near sensitive U.S. military bases.

When President Trump is back in the White House, he will kick Chinese intelligence operations out of the country and force China to give up any U.S. holdings that put national security at risk. A strong signal must be sent that America will not allow China to trample our sovereignty and illegally surveil our country.

It’s rarely even mentioned that China has many thousands of SPIES working in the United States—in business, finance, academia, technology, media, and likely even government, very sad.

As President, I established a special initiative at the Department of Justice tasked with the sole mission of targeting Chinese espionage in the United States. Joe Biden TERMINATED that program right away, suggesting that it was somehow racist. According to published reports, this came shortly after 160 faculty members of the University of Pennsylvania—where I went to school, the Wharton School of Finance— home of the now-infamous Biden Center, wrote to Merrick Garland and demanded that the Chinese espionage initiative be shut down immediately.

Congress needs to dig DEEP into the financial operations of the University of Pennsylvania, its Chinese donors, the Biden Center, and the Biden family—and figure out what the hell is going on.

As President, I took the most dramatic action of any administration to curtail China’s ability to conduct espionage in the United States—and when I’m back in the White House, those efforts will be expanded in a very, very big way.

Instead of hunting down Republicans, a reformed FBI and Justice Department will be hunting down Chinese spies.

We will create new partnerships with businesses and universities to give them the tools to protect themselves from insider threats.

We will also impose whatever visa sanctions and travel restrictions are necessary to shut off Chinese access to American secrets in compliance with our demands and in compliance with our laws.

President Trump Will Build a New Missile Defense Shield

We must be able to defend our homeland, our allies, and our military assets around the world from the threat of hypersonic missiles, no matter where they are launched from. Just as President Trump rebuilt our military, President Trump will build a state-of-the-art next-generation missile defense shield to defend America from missile attack.

Under Joe Biden the world has become vastly more dangerous, and there is no greater danger than the deadly menace of nuclear weapons and hypersonic missiles.

World War Three would be a catastrophe unlike any other. The best way to ensure that such a conflict ever happens is to be prepared with unmatched technology and unrivaled strength.

President Trump will work with Congress and our great military leaders to build a state-of-the-art, next generation missile defense shield, just as Israel is now protected by the Iron Dome.

Our adversaries must understand that they, not the United States, will be totally destroyed if they ever dare to launch missiles against our homeland.

The Space Force, which was inaugurated under my leadership, will have a very vital role to play. It was such an important thing that we did. The Democrats fought us all the way, but we got it past, first time in 79 years, a new force.

Just as I rebuilt our military, especially our nuclear capabilities, I will build the shield to defend America from missile attack. We will have a peace through strength. And that’s what we had, and we had no wars during the Trump administration. We had no wars—remember that. 2. Sign a new executive order instructing every federal agency to cease all programs that promote the concept of sex and gender transition at any age.

3. Ask Congress to permanently stop federal taxpayer dollars from being used to promote or pay for these procedures.

4. Pass a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states.

5. Declare that any hospital or healthcare provider participating in the chemical or physical mutilation of minor youth will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare—and will be terminated from the program.

6. Support the creation of a private right of action for victims to sue doctors who have unforgivably performed these procedures on minor children.

7. Direct the Department of Justice to investigate Big Pharma and the big hospital networks to determine whether they have:

Deliberately covered up horrific long-term side-effects of “sex transitions” to get rich at the expense of vulnerable patients.

Illegally marketed hormones and puberty blockers, which are in no way licensed or approved for this use.

If we don’t have FREE SPEECH, then we just don’t have a FREE COUNTRY. It’s as simple as that. If this most fundamental right is allowed to perish, then the rest of our rights and liberties will topple just like dominos one by one. They’ll go down.

That’s why today, I am announcing my plan to shatter the left-wing censorship regime, and to reclaim the right to Free Speech for all Americans. And reclaim is a very important word in this case because they’ve taken it away.

In recent weeks, bombshell reports have confirmed that a sinister group of Deep State bureaucrats, Silicon Valley tyrants, left-wing activists, and depraved corporate news media have been conspiring to manipulate and silence the American People. They have collaborated to suppress vital information on everything from elections to public health.

The censorship cartel must be dismantled and destroyed — and it must happen immediately. And here is my plan:

FIRST, within hours of my inauguration, I will sign an executive order banning any federal department or agency from colluding with any organization, business, or person, to censor, limit, categorize, or impede the lawful speech of American citizens. I will then ban federal money from being used to label domestic speech as “mis-” or “dis-information”. And I will begin the process of identifying and firing every federal bureaucrat who has engaged in domestic censorship—directly or indirectly—whether they are the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, the FBI, the DOJ, no matter who they are.

SECOND, I will order the Department of Justice to investigate all parties involved in the new online censorship regime, which is absolutely destructive and terrible, and to aggressively prosecute any and all crimes identified. These include possible violations of federal civil rights law, campaign finance laws, federal election law, securities law, and anti-trust laws, the Hatch Act and a host of other potential criminal, civil, regulatory, and constitutional offenses. To assist in these efforts, I am urging House Republicans to immediately send preservation letters — and we have to do this right now — to the Biden administration, the Biden campaign, and every Silicon Valley tech giant, ordering them not to destroy evidence of censorship.

THIRD, upon my inauguration as president, I will ask Congress to send a bill to my desk revising Section 230 to get big online platforms out of censorship business. From now on, digital platforms should only qualify for immunity protection under Section 230 if they meet high standards of neutrality, transparency, fairness, and non-discrimination. We should require these platforms to INCREASE their efforts to take down UNLAWFUL content, such as child exploitation and promoting terrorism, while dramatically curtailing their power to arbitrarily restrict lawful speech.

FOURTH, we need to break up the entire toxic censorship industry that has arisen under the false guise of tackling so-called “mis-” and “dis-information.” The federal government should immediately stop funding all non-profits and academic programs that support this authoritarian project. If any U.S. university is discovered to have engaged in censorship activities or election interferences in the past—such as flagging social media content for removal [and] blacklisting—those universities should lose federal research dollars and federal student loan support for a period of five years, and maybe more. We should also enact new laws laying out clear criminal penalties for federal bureaucrats who partner with private entities to do an end-run around the Constitution and deprive Americans of their First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights. In other words, deprive them of their vote. And once you lose those elections and once you lose your borders like we have, you no longer have a country. Furthermore, to confront the problems of major platforms being infiltrated by legions of former Deep Staters and intelligence officials, there should be a 7-year cooling-off period before any employee of the FBI, CIA, NSA, DNI, DHS, or DOD is allowed to take a job at a company possessing vast quantities of U.S. user data.

FIFTH, the time has finally come for Congress to pass a digital Bill of Rights. This should include a right to digital due process—in other words, government officials should need a COURT ORDER to take down online content, not send information requests such as the FBI was sending to Twitter.

Furthermore, when users of big online platforms have their content or accounts removed, throttled, shadow-banned, or otherwise restricted no matter what name they use, they should have the right to be informed that it’s happening, the right to a specific explanation of the reason why, and the right to a timely appeal. In addition, all users over the age of 18 should have the right to opt-out of content moderation and curation entirely, and receive an unmanipulated stream of information if they so choose.

The fight for Free Speech is a matter of victory or death for America—and for the survival of Western Civilization itself. When I am President, this whole rotten system of censorship and information control will be ripped out of the system at large. There won’t be anything left.

By restoring free speech, we will begin to reclaim our democracy, and save our nation.
