This kind of reminds me of BLM just a few years ago when they were receiving large amounts of money from various corps.

I just heard that you have some sway with YouTube. When they got the NFL ticket, they ruined it. At least when Direct TV owned the rights, you could afford it. Now it is crazy expensive. Just to let you know, I am not just some Joe Blow. My photo websites on Flickr have over 2 million views. My blog has readers from over 160 countries, and I have published 17 books in Amazon ‘s KDP program. Most fans of the NFL , me included, don’t care about the other 30 odd teams. We just like our team(s). My suggestion isn’t to have a scaled down package where you just pay for your team’s games. Not by paying for individual games but in a package. A $100.00 would be a fair price. Why pay for hundreds of games that I will not watch? Thanks, Randy Landry

Either I am being shadow banned, or everyone is oblivious to what unrealized capital gains taxes mean for anyone who has equity on their house or other valuable items. If Harris wins in November, a HUGE number of people will find themselves taxed into homelessness.

(8/23/2024 4:14 PM)

Please be careful. The bad guys know your weaknesses. You can’t stand to see someone suffering. I saw you step behind your bullet-proof glass to attend to that lady who was suffering from heat exhaustion. You can bet they saw you do the same thing. This could have been a ploy to get you out in the open. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! This country needs you.

(9/1/2024 3:30 AM)

I know you listen to people when they voice concerns, like that waitress who gave you the idea about not taxing tips. Well, maybe you might want to think about this. I consider this to be one of the greatest injustices in our tax system. Taxing people a higher rate for overtime. We are basically penalizing people for being industrious. What has our country come to?

(9/4/2024 5:46 PM)

Did you know that Tulsi Gabbard has been put on the terrorist watch list? They did this to make it harder for her to campaign for Trump. Does she look like a terrorist to you? She is a decorated military vet who is still an active reservist. Her only sin besides being a Trump supporter was that she used to be a Democrat.

(9/5/2024 7:12AM)

(913/2024 4:33 PM)

President Trump, I am not sure if you responded to my message on overtime or responded to a barrage of messages, but either way, thank you. I have one more thing. I have a problem with borrowing money to give to someone else. For example, if your neighbor asked to borrow money, would you go to the bank and take out an interest based loan to either give the money to him or loan it to him interest-free? Of course not. You would politely point him to the bank. Instead of bankrupting ourselves to help other countries, let them borrow the money directly. Many of these countries that we give money to hate us. We not only need to balance the budget, but we need a surplus so we can start paying off our debt. We would need to have a 1 to 2 trillion dollar surplus for the next 30 years to pay off our national debt. Thank you, Randy Landry

Hezbollah and Hamas are whining about pagers and walkie talkies that are blowing up. They are saying that these attacks are war crimes. This is rich, considering that just a year ago, they were raping and killing Israeli women and were beheading Israeli infants as well. What the hell?!

(9/21/2024 9:34 PM)

Thank you for listening to my comments. I have one more request. This is something that I am sure the vast majority of the country wants, that is, to stop the time change in the fall and spring. It costs millions of dollars every year to change the clocks, not to mention people coming in to work late, because they forget to change the time. I know the time changes on Sunday morning, but gone are the days when this country is run on a Monday thru Friday 9to5 schedule. I am a nurse who works nights, so when the time falls back in the fall, I have to work 13 hours. 12 is bad enough. Please. I implore you ebd this nonsense, no other country does it.

North Carolina and The Hurricane Helena. Since we are in a longshorman strike, we need to be smart. There are thousands of fallen trees and lies clogging up the rivers in and around Ashville. They need to save that wood and stack it up and let it dry. Some may be salvageable for lumber, and the rest can be used for heating in fireplaces or Franklin stoves.

(10/1/2024 5:05 AM)

The Constitution does not specify what the executive departments will be, how many there will be, or what their duties will be. George Washington, the first president of the United States, organized his principal officers into a cabinet, and it has been part of the executive branch structure ever since. So why does the Senate get to say who the president appoints to his own cabinet?! They don’t, this is government overreach. This is where one branch is forcing their will over another branch in a manner that wasn’t intended by our founding fathers. I understand that Congress gets to approve appointments, but these appointments are not actual advisory staff. They are ambassadors. Supreme Court Justices and such. This has been the way things have been done, but they don’t need to be done this way. Mitch McConnell is interfering with a mandate by the people. This crap has to stop!!!!

(10/1/2024 1:17PM)

Beware of Marshall Law being declared. The suspension of Habeas Corpus will soon follow, right along with elections being canceled. It could happen. This long shoreman strike and now Iran declaring war on Israel. Does anybody know who is alies with Iran? China, Russia, and North Korea. All of which are nuclear powers. Armageddon is just around the corner.

This is something I have been thinking about. Why does the Senate get to say who the president appoints to his cabinet? Specific cabinet positions were not included in the Constitution. It would be like stockholders telling a CEO whom he could hire to work for his company. I can understand Supreme Court Justices because it was set up by the Constitution. This is government overreach. One branch of the government is interfering with another branches business.

(10/3/2024 3:29PM)

The head of the longshoremen on the eadt coast is a first-class scum bag. They need to get back to work until the emergency is taken care of. Then they can. Resume their strike. You realize that these guys are getting $200,000 to $300,000 a year to load and unload shit. They were offered 50% raise,  and they refused it. What the F–k?!

(10/4/2]24 2:58PM)

FEMA and the Fed Government are blocking aid and rescue to the areas devastated by Hurricane Helene. Even nursing homes are not being evacuated. Is this war or what? Where did this indifference to human suffering come from? This is an outright criminal.

(10/4/2024 6:58PM)

I am watching a Barry Cunningham YouTube video. It is a compilation of videos from some of the survivors in NC. There were so many dead bodies that they closed a hospital down and turned it into  morgue. Everybody was just dead, not even just wounded. Dead bodies were piled up in people’s front yards, and others saw bodies  floating down rivers in front of their houses. FEMA is doing something worse than nothing,  they are preventing volunteers from helping and rescuing people. This is bad,  hundreds and hundreds of people are still missing and after a week are presumed dead.

(10/4/2024 7:41PM)

We help everyone in this F–king world. Where are these other countries, where is Bill Gates and all these other f–kwads with billions of dollars? I only see Trump and Musk helping. What the hell is wrong with everyone? Our household is a single income family, and we donated money. These people, many of whom have been with food and water for days. They have no fresh clothes to put on. Where are the news services filming this?

(10/5/2024 5:49AM)

I need to leave FB. I am so tired of being shadow banned. Tell ne I am wrong. I have 5,000 friends. I posted several articles on what is going on in this country and what I get crickets. I have my birthday and I get over 200 well wishes.  Why? Because you can’t politicize it. The problem is that I have been on this site for over 10 years. I don’t like X or Truth Social that much. Instagram is just too limited, Pinterest isn’t much better. This really sucks. It is part of the reason I have my own blog and podcast. However,  Google is messing with article priority. What alternative do I have? I am looking for advice, thanks.

I have been thinking about the electoral college debate. I think we should get rid of it. Now hear me out. You are probably saying that the Republicans will never win the popular vote, it think that is wrong. The problem is that the Republican presidential candidates  have, for the most part have conceded California and New York. If all votes counted as they would in a general election based on popular vote, every state would become a battleground state. Republicans and democrats alike would have to hold rallies in every state. There would be no read-headed stepchildren.

This is sick, but just maybe the Catholic religion could eliminate some of this if they allowed their priests and brothers to marry like in the other christian sects. I know one thing this activity cannot be condoned no matter what area of our lives we are talking about, whether it be in our schools, playgrounds, libraries, government buildings or even our homes, children need to be protected. They are the building blocks of our society. Messed-up childhoods lead to messed-up adults. Whether the adults act on what happens during their childhoods is another matter. But I know deep down they will always carry the scars from that abuse. End of story.

Can you image no income tax, just a federal sales tax across the board. How much money could save with just getting rid of the IRS? How much money could corporations save by eliminating tax attorneys? He would cut out so much corruption and eliminate all of the loopholes in the tax code, which allows corporations and the Uber rich to pay less in taxes. This is in conjunction with cutting the government by 75%. There are over 400 government agencies. Why do we need this ship. We are paying  people on the government to do what? All the taxes we pay, yet we still have to pay to enjoy our state and federal parks. What the hell? We are being bled dry. I just my paycheck. I paid over $1,500 in taxes. If I had this extra money in my pocket, I wouldn’t need a damn credit card, and my mortgage would be paid off. Sure, we would still have to pay Medicare, Medicaid, and SSI, but so what.

(10/28/2024 3:14 AM)

President Trump, I worry about your safety. The left are very devious, evil, and powerful. They are terrified of what you will do to drain he swamp. This is just a piece of kind advice. To protect yourself, on the first day of your presidency you need to release all of the secret documents on Epstein’s Island, the JFK, RFK and MLK assasinations, plus anything else you want to release. With everything exposed, there will be no reason for them to try and hurt you because the cat will already be out of the bag, so to speak. Randy Landry

(10/28/2024 3:27 AM)

President Trump, I know this is not something that is new. With the federal government being thinned down and running leaner, there is no reason to have a Federal Income Tax. With the Federal Income Tax gone, there would be no reason for the IRS, which would save $14.1 billion right off the budget. It would also save businesses a ton of money in tax preparations, and it would eliminate all of the tax loopholes that corporations use to cut down on their tax burden, deductions that are not readily available to the average tax payer. It is insane that we have to pay a department to essentially steal money from us. A Federal Sales tax of say 10% would raise a ton of money.

(10/28/2024 3:32 AM)

Why is the Left allowing all the criminals across our southern border? They are obviously not going to take low paying jobs or be productive members of society, and I am sure the last thing on their minds is voting for Harris. So, what are they being allowed to enter the country to do? Are they here to create such a disturbance that martial law will have to be called for? Under martial law, what would this do to our election process? Would the incumbant president just stay in power until things cooled off?

(10/28/2024 3:46 AM)

I know this is morbid, but I don’t trust the left to allow Trump to take the oath of office. So I looked this up.

What happens if a candidate dies or becomes incapacitated?

There is no federally required process to follow if a candidate who is projected to receive electoral votes dies or becomes incapacitated between the general election and the meeting of electors. However, individual States may have their own requirements that govern how electors must vote at the meeting of the electors. In 1872, when Horace Greeley passed away between Election Day and the meeting of electors, the electors who were slated to vote for Greeley voted for various candidates, including Greeley. The votes cast for Greeley were not counted due to a house resolution passed regarding the matter. See the full Electoral College vote counts for President and Vice President in the 1872 election.

We don’t know what would happen if a candidate who dies after or becomes incapacitated between the meeting of electors and the counting of electoral votes in Congress.

The Constitution is silent on whether this candidate meets the definition of “President elect” or “Vice President elect.” If the candidate with a majority of the electoral votes is considered “President elect” before the counting of electoral votes in Congress, §3 of the 20th Amendment applies. That section states that the Vice President elect will become President if the President-elect dies or becomes incapacitated.

If a winning presidential candidate dies or becomes incapacitated between the counting of electoral votes in the Congress and the inauguration, the Vice President-elect becomes President, according to sectionthree 3 of the 20th Amendment.

I just did a test to see verify that I am  being screwed over by Google and even Bing. I typed in my exact blog address. I had to go to the 7th page in Google, and Bing was even worse, Page 11 in the search. Who is going to look that far in a search? The address that isn’t even close to my address comes up first. What the hell?

(10/29/2024 7:56 PM)

We all know that the US gives a lot of money to most of the third world nations. So, do you think they would jeopardize this money  by emptying their prisons so that they could enter our country? I would think that they would be concerned about pissing us off. I think they did this in the direction of our government.

(10/30/2024 9;29 AM)

Why are we destroying the space station? It costs billions of dollars to build. Why can’t we nudge it into a higher orbit so that it can be used for parts when we build our base on the moon? It seems like an awful waste.

(11/1/2024 11:07)

This is a post from the New York Times Newspaper. I don’t think it is accurate, but it might be.

Three scenarios for 2025

In a divided government, sweeping legislation is unlikely. Trump probably couldn’t pass the large tax cut he wants, nor could Harris pass abortion protections. Either would need to pursue the least ambitious agenda of any new president in decades.

Of course, bills would still pass. Possibilities include a compromise extension of some Trump tax cuts (which are set to expire in December) and a border-security bill modeled after the bipartisan plan from this past summer.

If there is a Democratic trifecta, Harris could accomplish a lot on economic policy (because many budget-related provisions are not subject to a filibuster and can pass with 51 votes). Democrats could extend tax cuts for the middle class and the poor while raising taxes on the rich, for instance. They could also pass Harris’s proposed housing subsidies. A big question would be whether the party would vote to scrap the filibuster for other bills, such as on abortion access or statehood for Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.

Under a Republican trifecta, the priorities would likely include large tax cuts; a tough immigration bill; expansions of oil-and-gas production; restrictions on transgender rights and diversity programs; and reductions in aid to Ukraine and other allies. Catie Edmondson, who covers Congress, said that she expected the recent infighting among House Republicans to continue, which would complicate their ability to pass some bills. Trump’s proposed tariffs might be one area of disagreement; China policy (on which many Republicans now seem more hawkish than Trump) could be another. Overall, though, Republicans seem poised to get much more done than at the start of Trump’s first term, when much of the party was still critical of him. As Carl Hulse, The Times’s chief Washington correspondent, writes, “This time, Republicans would be much better prepared to take advantage of their consolidated power.

(11/2/2024 11:00 am)

I know one thing, we’ll maybe two things. First, if Trump loses, it is because the press allowed the Democrats to lie with impunity. Second, any TV network that airs ads that are erroneous or are in some way damaging to a person or group or cause any harm should be held responsible for the damages incurred by said ads, ie campaign ads that out and out distort the facts by obfuscation should be held liable. Since person’s, i.e., Trump or Guiliane, have been held liable and have been sued for things said about private individuals, things that were not even erroneous. These cases display double standards that are alien to a free society. “What is good for the goose is good for the gander.”

(11/6/2024 06:24 AM)

Not to rub it in, but thank God Trump won. His victory speech called for unity. Let’s keep this peaceful, guys. For those on the left, he is not abolishing abortion. It is down to the states to decide. So knock off the rhetoric. He is not eliminating Social Security, so knock off the BS and lies. He is calling for no tax on Social Security, no tax on tips , no tax on Over-Time, and no Federal income taxes for first responders and the military. He wants an end to forever wars. He wants secure borders. He wants to lower crime. He wants energy indepenence, so we don’t have to kiss the rest of the world’s ass for our energy needs. Finally, he wants to bring Made in America back to the US. We can’t be so dependent on the rest of our world for all of products, including our food and drugs and even our computer chips and our rare earth minerals. It is all well and good to have trade, but it can’t be just one way. AMERICA FIRST. When you fly in a plane, what is part of the in-flight instructions? “In case of depressurization, put the drop down mask on yourself first, then help the one seated next to you.” If you pass out due to lack of oxygen, you are no good to anyone else. Please remember this!!!!

God Bless Our Country, and EVERYONE in it!!!!

(11/7/2024 11:24 AM)

Why did Elon Musk opt to go to electric cars instead of hybrid? Hybrid cars are much versatile, and you don’t need an upgrade power grid or charging stations. Just switch to gas and charge as you drive. It seems like a no-brainer to me. Eventually, when you can get say a 1,000 miles on a charge, then maybe we will be ready for electric cars. Everyone who owns a hybrid car says that they will replace it with another. The same cannot be said of electric cars. That is testimony enough for me. But tell me when the power plants that provide the energy to charge the electric cars are powered by coal, that we are really saving the environment. It is nothing but virtue signaling. You tell me how co2 causes green house global climate change when: Carbon dioxide (CO2) makes up only a very small percentage of the Earth’s atmosphere, currently around 0.04% (or 400 parts per million (ppm)). What a lot of horse shit this is.

Answer to a question on FB Why does it matter what Elon Musk Makes? The point I am making is that if Elon Musk concentrated on hybrids, it would mean that we would have more choices. So with the law of supply in demand, the price would drop for these cars, and therefore, we would have more and cheaper options. With fewer electric cars on the road, we would need less energy therefore less fucking windmills, less solar panels in the desert and fewer coal powered plants, so less pollution. That is why it matters.

I just heard on Fox News Joe Manchin saying that we should stop criticizing Biden. I call BS on this one. Nobody forced Biden to run for president in 2020. It was a vanity project. His ego drove him. Jill Buden had to have known that he wasn’t capable of running the country. I am sure deep down in the recesses of his mind he had to know he wasn’t up to the job either. Obama, and the deep state sensing a weak person, someone who could be manipulated and control put him into office. Trump helped him by being just being Trump. Plus, Trump, thanks to the press, was blamed for a poor COVID-19 response, which also helped Buden win. Not to mention shameless cheating and a poor response by the RNC, and the DOJ pushed and dragged Biden across the finish line. “Now you know the rest of the story.” In conclusion, FJB!!

(11/11/2024 1:07PM)

We need term limits in Congress. But it will have to be through the states. This is the second option. Congress will never stop the gravy train that life office holding provides for corrupt swampers like Schumer, McConnell, and Pelosi.

When I type in my exact blog address, my blog doesn’t show up until the 7th page of the search on Google, and not until the  11th page  in the Bing search. How the hell does this happen. I have 5000 friends on Facebook. When I put out a post, I get 1 to 2 comments at the most. I used to get 50 to 60 comments when I only had a couple of hundred friends. Again, what the hell?

Below are a few solutions for our country by Kevin D. Roberts: 1) The supposedly un-fireable bureaucrats of the federal Deep State are nothing of the sort. The president could reclassify, reassign, or simply dismiss thousands of them. Moreover, agencies that have gone all-in on woke claptrap in the last decade have advertised their own irrelevance to budget-conscious congressional appropriators. 2) The U.S. Border Patrol could secure the border today if the president ordered them to. 3) Energy companies already know where to drill—they just need permission. 4) We already know which treaty loopholes China exploits to steal our jobs and trade secrets. The loopholes could be closed, or we could withdraw from the treaties altogether. 5) Cities and states that refuse to prosecute crimes or protect girls’ privacy can be disqualified from federal aid. 6) Corporations that practice ideological discrimination can be prohibited from federal contracting. 7) The Justice Department, now harassing Christians and conservatives, could start exploring Big Tech’s deliberate attempts to addict children to harmful online content. 8) We could reform the tax code to prioritize families and workers instead of globalist corporations. We could do the same with education, labor, housing, and transportation policy. 9) Instead of funneling more money into DEI offices on campus, we could invest in trade apprenticeships. 10) Instead of wasting money on global green energy boondoggles, we could build nuclear power plants. 11) We could reclaim our sovereignty by withdrawing from the World Trade Organization and the United Nations and by clarifying our strategic alliances.
