Currently, if an illegal alien couple living in the US has a child, that child is now considered an anchor baby and is a pathway into citizen ship for the parents as well as the child. I was an avid diver for years. I dove on several oil rigs. I have to admit that these were some of my most memorable dives. These rigs provide a sanctuary for an amazing variety of life, essentially an oasis in an ocean desert. Little if any life would exist there if not for these structures. Taking them down would destroy a well established echo system, not to mention cost a lot of money. Have they considered turning them into resorts for divers?

To be honest, I think the estate tax should be abolished completely. By the time the heir dies and leaves money to his relatives, it has been taxed countless times. Think of this a typical person pays income tax, his boss had to pay payroll tax on the same earnings. You have to pay sales tax, property tax, yearly registration fees for your vehicles, drivers licenses, fees to et into state and federal parks, tolls to drive on roads, I am sure I have left a ton of taxes and fees out. Many states have state income taxes. Some states like New York have separate school taxes. Don’t forget all the mandatory insurances you need, like mortgage insurance, house insurance, car insurance, and health insurance. Not to mention al the fines and fees that can be levied against you, like driving violations. Even when you die, you have to pay inheritance taxes via your children. Oh an don’t forget capital gains taxes when you sell your house or other large ticket items. Your family even has to pay taxes when they bury you, plot, tombstone, coffin, and all the other BS associated with the process. Try buying a damn ticket to see a show. What the hell?! The price almost doubles. Even large gifts are taxed, and tips are taxed as well. Fuck Me!!! Give me a fucking log cabin house and a covered wagon. This was a long over due rant. FJB one last time!!

Two things that need to be changed in our government. Congress should not get to say who the president picks for his cabinet. No CEO has to check with the stock holders who he is going to hire. The state should control state elections only. The federal government should control federal elections. We can’t have vote counting going on for almost a month after election day. Especially when the democrats won all of these elections. Ya think there was some cheating going on. Voters vote by party. If they vote for a republican president, they are going to vote republican the rest of the ticket. To say otherwise is just BS.

I know that I have talked about the role the Senate plays in approving the president’s appointments. It, however, bears repeating. This gives Congress too much power over the Executive Branch. It can take up to 2 years for the president to get his cabinet approved. This is BS. I can understand the need to approve Supreme Court Justices and Ambassadors, but his cabinet members should be his choice only and should not need congressional approval. If, in fact, it even does. I think this is something that needs to be investigated. I am not talking about recess appointments, either.

Everybody seems to think that getting rid of the electoral college would be bad for the Republicans, I don’t see it that way. I know one thing, there would no longer be any fly-over states. Every vote would count. Winning or losing a state would not matter. Take California, for instance. If the Democrats got 60% of the vote, the Republicans would still get 40%. All votes count. The candidates would have to campaign in every state.

This new omnibus holiday bill that Congress is trying to pass on the sly, 1500 plus pages can’t be allowed to pass. The only thing we can hope is that Biden still hates those who screwed him and takes one more parting shot at Congress and vetoes the bill. Overturning it would be difficult as Congress can override a veto by passing the act by a two-thirds vote in both the House and the Senate. (Usually, an act is passed with a simple majority.) This check prevents the President from blocking an act when significant support for it exists.

Hey, Republicans. The sky will not fall if there’s a government shutdown.
First, we need term limits in Congress. Two term limits for senate and 5 term limits for representatives. This is the only way we are going to keep corruption down in our government.
The government was shut down 6 times during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Over 20 times since 1974. Yet, recent presidents have avoided it like the plague. The nation survived, Reagan won massive landslides, and, in the end, the public didn’t give a damn despite all the media-Democrat Party hype at the time. The bureaucrats wound up getting their money. Social security checks and Medicare payments continued without a hitch. So did veterans’ benefits. The active military was unaffected. That is, truly essential government services were funded because they are specifically excluded from government shutdowns. Indeed, taxes keep rolling into the government’s treasury. That never shuts down. There is plenty of revenue for basic government operations. But a shutdown does draw a line on what they call “discretionary spending” — the government itself calls it non-essential spending — much of which, but not all, funds ideologically driven projects. And, yes, it can cause temporary inconveniences for those visiting, let’s say, national parks, etc. Seems like a small sacrifice. In fact, it is a very, very small sacrifice.
Many years ago on my radio show, budget guru and now never-Trumper Paul Ryan told me that the government never really shuts down; indeed, he said when there is a so-called government shutdown, about 17% of the government actually shuts down. When you think of it, since the biggest entitlements are unaffected, and they make up the overwhelming majority of government spending, it makes sense. And, by the way, no one, and I mean no one, will discuss reforming any of the big entitlement programs. Not even the self-anointed fiscal conservatives.
We are talking about a pittance in relative terms. Nonetheless, the Republicans need to take a stand somewhere. At least it’ll be a beginning. And they should explain to the people that the Democrats (and too many of their fellow Republicans) spend, borrow, and steal like pirates, which will bankrupt the country for their children and grandchildren, and further drive-up inflation, including the cost of food, clothing, and energy, destroy the value of their paychecks and pension checks, eventually collapse the government altogether, and that this drug-like spending addiction must be broken before it’s too late, which it already may be.
The Republicans shouldn’t act defensively or out of fear, but boldly and proudly. They should speak up and speak to the people. In a way, this is like the abortion issue. What, you ask? The Democrats and their DC-based media lied about abortion and exploited it and fearmongered it in the last election in the belief they would ride it to victory. Their propaganda became more extreme and insane the closer to the election. They truly believed they had an issue that would drive them to victory. It was pounded and pounded and pushed and pushed. But the people didn’t buy it. Even more, there were much bigger issues about which the public cared. Well, the Democrats and their media lost in a landslide didn’t they, and it turned out that the tactics were of no consequence. The economy was the #1 issue.
Do the right thing, Republicans. It also happens to be good politics. You might actually get used to it. And stop destroying each other. Just get your collective act together and fight. This CR is just a baby step.

We need to take this next 2 years to really evaluate every congressperson and senator to see who needs to be replaced. They have the unmitigated gaul to say that we the people can’t voice our opinion. We can only do it during elections. I call BS on that. We need to start a drive to pass a constitutional amendment for term limits. Judging on the level of corruption in Congress. I am thinking that 2 terms for a senator and 5 terms for the house are about right.

We need to start a drive in our states for this. I think it would work. Because in the blue states, we could use the argument that they could get rid of all the long-term Republicans. So it is a win for both sides.

What has happened to society? I just watched the videos of that poor woman burning to death on the New York subway. She somehow managed to stand up after being set on fire. That animal, the only appropriate word for him, faned the flames to make them burn hotter. She managed to stay standing during most of it. I saw at least one metro police officer just walk by her. Several people just watched and videotaped her burning. Nobody helped or tried to stop him. The guy wasn’t that big either. I am appalled by what happened. Everybody who watched and did nothing should be charged with accessory to murder.
Part of this post is a repeat. I am reposting it because I think it is really important. We need term limits for senators (2 terms) Representatives (5-6 terms). If the maximum time a president can be in office is 10 years. Then, it should be the same for the legislation as well. Of course, a representative can run for the senate, so I essence he can spend more time in office. He/she can then run for VP and then president. These limits are the only way we will keep corruption down in our government.

This may be considered an act of insurrection in of itself, or maybe unconstitutional. But is anything that Biden signed actually legitimate? He doesn’t even know what is going on, nor has he known for some time. I think there is a good case to be made that anything he signs is suspect and not legally binding. I think even his pardons could be reversed if it came down to it. I am in the medical field. If you give a patient a narcotic or any medication that impaired them mentally, they can not sign any consents or documents. Yet we allow Biden to sign bills, pardons, and treaties.

Don’t let governments or mainstream media fool you. Fog is more common when it is warmer and there is more humidity. Have you ever heard the phrase? “A cold, clear night.” I bet you never heard the phrase ” a cold foggy night.” These phrases come about for a reason.
First, we need term limits in the legislative branch of our government. Two terms for senators and give terms for representatives. This is the only way to reduce corruption in our government.
Second of all, we need to nominate the president in December so he can start working right off in the new year. Three months of lame duck presidency is just too long, especially when you have a spiteful and corrupt president in office.
Third, we need to clean up our lobbying system. The lobbyists are just too powerful, and they have too mm much money. They are probably the biggest source of corruption.
Fourth, as long as a senator or representative is in office, they can not trade, buy, or sell stocks in the market.
I think Steve Bannon had lost his mind. He wants to shut down all immigration. For how long? Thanks to abortion, low fertility among men and women, lower household income, increase cost of raising children, the attack on morality, religion and the family unit, we as a country are no longer having enough children to even maintain our population. We need at least 2.1 or greater birthrate per couple to maintain our population. We are currently around 1.7. Without immigration our population is aging. We simply would not have enough people working to support our aged population. Thanks to our terrible educational system, our population is no longer sufficiently educated or trained to prosper in our technically advanced society. Like it or not, we need highly trained and legal immigrants to fill the open job spots.

I claim BS on this one. If this were the case countries like England, France, Germany and Italy that consume inordinant amounts of alcohol would have a much greater incidence of cancer than we do. I was just listening to a podcast by Barry Cunningham. He showed a split screen with Kamala Harris and Mike Johnson standing side by side. He thought the situation would be very uncomfortable for them. I think not. They are both career politicians. Something happens to them when they are in office for such a long period of time. They become divorced from reality. It is just a game for them, albeit with very high stakes. The only thing that matters is wealth and power. Most of them would sell their firstborn to get what they want, so selling out their country is a no-brainer. The same thing happens to high-priced defense attorneys. Lying becomes a tool for them. That is why we need term limits. By limiting their exposure to all the corruption, hopefully, it will help to clean and drain the swamp.

They split their electoral votes: Maine distributes its electoral votes proportionally, with two at-large electors representing the statewide winning presidential and vice presidential candidates and one elector each representing the winners from its two Congressional districts.

What about Canada?
Canada is divided into 10 provinces and three territories, each with its own government and capital city:
Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan
Territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon
Each province and territory also sets and regulates its own education standards.
I think we could go with adding 10 more states. It would simplify things by keeping their basic infrastructure intact. Keep the territories the way they are. Or maybe combine them into one province/state. Mexico needs to follow. It is the only way to get rid of the cartels and clean up the country. Hell, half of the Mexican people are working and living here anyway.

This became a major issue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nursing shortage. I have been an RN for over 20 years. Of which 15 years has been in critical care. Our country, as I am sure you are aware, has state licensing for nurses. This is an insane and definitely outdated practice. Unfortunately, the states will not be willing to change this practice because it is a source of revenue for them. Every two years, nurses have to renew their licenses. I am sure if the federal government was willing to share the revenues from federally based licensure, they might reconsider this practice. With a federal license for nurses, we would be free to help out in any state that had an emergent need for them. It would also make taking travel assignments much easier.

There were rumors that 60 firetrucks from Oregon were not allowed to to fight fires in California, due to emissions. Aparrently this was nor true.
A spokesperson with CAL Fire says that is patently
false. “No vehicles from Oregon have been turned
around or refused service at Davis Mobile Equipment
and all out-of-state vehicles have been services and
are heading to or have arrived in Southern California.
No emissions testing was performed. All repairs
were completed the same day with the exception of a
couple because of parts but turn around was early

emergency scene are equipped, mechanically sound,
and able to respond. This ensures our number one
priority of a safe deployment for our firefighters,” the

Has anybody ever seen a firetruck in a state of disrepair? I haven’t. They have to be the best maintained vehicles in the country. I am sure the trucks in Oregon aren’t any different. I consider this to be a slight and a slap in the face by the state of California.
I also find this to be highly condescending. My question is how they managed to repair all these trucks so quickly when California has dozens and dozens of firetrucks that are off-line for repairs? Repairs that they don’t have the funds for or that they just don’t want to spend the money on. Can you say mismanagement and incompetence?

Let everybody get SS and Medicare. Why not have our vets get a scaled version of Medicare that pays a 100%. Let them go to regular hospitals. Close down the VA hospitals. Just provide social and psychological support so that vets can reasimilate seamlessly back into society.

When people talk about the assassination attempts on President Trump, they only mention two attempts. Nobody lists the raid on Mar-a-Lago. The FBI was authorized to use ‘Deadly Force’ while executing the raid. This was a government sanctioned assassination attempt. If he and his family had been present, none of them would be among the living. The Trump is Hitler talk and that he is a threat to Democracy could arguably said to be the cause of the other two assassination attempts. It may not come as a surprise to you that President Trump is ending all the DEI crap in the government. But it may come as a surprise in the weeks prior to January, many DEI employees have been changing their job descriptions. They have been deleting all mention or references to DEI. For all you Ripperologist wannabees out there, I want to propose two additions to the canonical five vicitim list. I have read a lot on the subject and have watched more you tube videos on the subject than is healthy LOL and I have come up with these two additional vicitims. Martha Abram Aug 8, 1888 and Alice McKenzie July 17, 1889. The canonical five are as follows. Mary Ann Nichols Aug 31, 1888, Annie Chapman Sept 8. 1888, Elizabeth Stride Sept 8, 1888, Catherine Eddowes Sept 30, 1888 and Mary Kelly Nov 9, 1888. What do you guys think? There may even be more. You just don’t start off at the level of depravity or the skill level that he exhibited on your first vicitim. Like any other skill set it takes practice to attain some level of proficiency. That is not me saying this. It comes from many experts in the field of crimminology. Brad Sherman a Congressional Representative of the 32nd Congressional District in California attended the LA fire roundtable conference with President Trump yesterday. He is quite a piece of work. He thought that it was inappropriate that President Trump put conditions on the Federal Aid to LA for the fire damage done. He used a totally inappropriate example to support his argument. It was totally unrelated to the matter at hand. Poor Calfornia land management was wholly to blame for the uncontrolled fires. Gavin Newsom is putting the smelt before the lives of his constituents. Not to mention the untold number of wild animals that died in the fires that ravaged the LA area for over a week.

Biden’s letter to President Trump
“As I take leave of this sacred office I wish you and your family all the best in the next four years. The American people — and people around the world — look to this house for steadiness in the inevitable storms of history, and my prayer is that in the coming years will be a time of prosperity, peace, and grace for our nation. May God bless you and guide you as He has blessed and guided our beloved country since our founding.”
While it is a nice letter, it was probably written by his staff or may be by Dr. Jill Biden. It however, is the thought that counts. So, I will take it as a win.

What a sad sack of shit some of these Seneators are. The old saying that “if their lips are moving they are lying” is is quite appropriate with this senator in particular Mark Kelly [D]. He said that he always evaluates every presidential appointee the same and that is by their merits and experience, and that includes Biden’s appointees in 2021. Does anyone remember the bunch of loosers that he chose for his cabinet? He has the unmitigated gall to question Pete Hegseth’s qualifications.

The more i think of it, a set federal sales tax is the way to go. Tax everything that is sold, food, clothes, cars, everything. This way, even undocumented aliens that get paid under the table will pay taxes, even the Uber rich won’t be able to find loopholes. There will no longer be any tax-exempt status. Make it an even playing field based on consumption. If you want a fancy car or boat, you will have to pay a little more for it.

Mr. President, this is in regard to the release of information on the assassination of JFK, RFK, and MLK. Why did you write the executive order the way you did? It doesn’t release the information. It just gives them so much time to co.e up with a plan to release the information, which in Washington speak is never. They will drag their feet indefinitely. President Trump I think that the US and the Mexican Government should work together to take out the cartels. They than can split the tens of billions of dollars that they will confiscate. It will be a win for both sides. Though it will take the military. I hear that the Mexican Navy has not been corrupted by the cartels yet.

President Trump, if you do decide to get rid of FEMA, please think about having the states setting up regional compacts. They could prioritize and prepare for the natural disasters that occur in their areas. It would be much more efficient than each state setting up their own response team.

It’s looking like we are going to have a glut in office space across the country. Instead of building new houses, why don’t we convert these office buildings’ large studio apartments. 5,000 and 6,000 square feet each, maybe even bigger if needed. Zone them commercial/ residential so people can not only live in them but they can do start-ups in them as well. This will help to revitalize the business districts. We need to make the inner cities safe again so that money and businesses will come back. Education needs to be decentralized and brought back to the States. We need more viable options for education. Monopolies foster poor performance. By bringing competition into education, it will make education better. We also need vocational and technical schools, teaching our kids trades and skills that are necessary. Get rid of all this feel-good crap in our education and teach kids things that can help them to flourish.

Mr. President, I think we should eliminate the vast majority of the VA Administration. Only keep the portion needed for advanced rehabilitation and psychological support for PTSD. If vets need hospital care, let them go to a regular hospital with a 100% payout. There is one issue we first need to clean up our medical system. Because there is too much no pay in our medical system, doctors and medical facilities overcharge those who have insurance or can afford to pay. Charging $20,000 or more for a noncontrast CAT scan is insane.
I think vets deserve the best care money can provide. This is not always the case with VA hospitals. There is also a problem with the availability of services in many rural areas.

I am tired of the Pope criticizing us for deporting criminals who came across our borders illegally. I posted previously about term limits for Congress. Well I think we should go one step further and change the terms of office for both the House and the Senate. I think both should serve 4 year terms. Senators, with their 6 year terms, think that they can do anything they want in their first 2 to 3 years of their terms, ain’t because they know that people have short memories. Most of their constituents will only be, and that is a maybe remember how they voted in their last session of Congress. With the House’s 2 year terms, it seems like all they do is campaign. A 4 year term will take so.e if the strain off of them and allow each Representative more time to get to work. They can stagger the elections so that every two years, half of each house is up for election.
I conclusion, I think that 3 four year terms should be their limit for each house. If they start off in the House and then move to the Senate, that is 24 years of service at the federal level. They can also hold office in the state legislatures if they want to make politics a lifelong career. By forcing them to change positions every 12 years and making them wait 10 years before they can work as a lobbyists and losing their security clearance once they are out of office, corruption in our government will be lessened.

For those speaking out against tariffs, you have o idea what has been going on in the world. Our country has been getting screwed by just about anything country that exports products that we buy. We have a trade deficit with just about every country. All these countries want us to buy their products, but very few of them want to reciprocate by buying our products. When they do, they slap a huge tariff on them. Take, for instance, Harley Davidson. There is well over a 50% tariff on every one of their motorcycles sold in Europe. So virtually non are sold there. This is just one company. It is by no means an aberration. The tarrifs are only an attempt at leveling the playing field.

So if the government was stealing money from me over 12 years and giving it to basically criminals, can I get a refund? I have been paying close to $30,000 a year for income tax alone. I would like a refund of $15,000 for each of these years, or $180,000 plus interest. I will settle for a $250,000 tax-free payment. Thank you very much.

can’t wait till you get into office. I have been a nurse for over 20 years. Over the years, I have watched the tyrants at The Joint Commission or JACHO hold the sword of accreditation over the heads of hospitals. The big hospitals pretty much tell the commission to pound sand, so they take it out on the smaller facilities. When they can’t find anything wrong, they make up inconsequential things so that they can justify their existence. One thing they keep on pushing is bedside reporting. Considering that most hospital rooms are still semi-private, this is a direct violation of HIPPA. They say just pull the curtain shut when giving a report, as if this will bock the sound of a person’s voice. Once upon a time, they were necessary. Now, they have become nothing but a way for undertrained people with Napoleon complexes to get their rocks off.

Jen Psaki just lied on TV saying that the White House was making FBI employees sign a loyalty agreement to keep their jobs. If it were true, is that a bad thing? It wasn’t true, but that is besides the point. Shouldn’t anyone on the government payroll be loyal to our country? So why shouldn’t they be required to sign one? New York Judge Paul Engelmayer has issued an ex parte order forbidding Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and all political appointees from accessing Department of Treasury data—based entirely on Democrat-backed conspiracy theories.
The ruling, made without Trump’s lawyers present, effectively hands control of the Treasury’s finances to unelected bureaucrats. The judge cites no law for his decision, instead treating Bessent as a powerless figurehead.
This unprecedented move could cripple the administration’s ability to oversee federal spending. If courts try to make it permanent, the Trump administration may need to defy it outright.
The following states along with New York, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin joined the suit. I am sorry, who elected these judges as the president of the US? Do they really think that they have the power to dictate policy to the president?! To all of the generals out there who are fomenting a revolt against the president in regards to the border, that is treason, and you are guilty of insurrection besides. You need to all be demoted, fired, and have your pensions stripped. Not to mention, serve some jail time. You are lucky that I am not the president.
