First, we need term limits in the legislative branch of our government.  Two terms for senators and give terms for representatives.  This is the only way to reduce corruption in our government.

Second of all, we need to nominate the president in December so he can start working right off in the new year. Three months of lame duck presidency is just too long, especially when you have a spiteful and corrupt president in office.

Third, we need to clean up our lobbying system. The lobbyists are just too powerful, and they have too mm much money. They are probably the biggest source of corruption.

Fourth, as long as a senator or representative is in office, they can not trade, buy, or sell stocks in the market.

I think Steve Bannon had lost his mind. He wants to shut down all immigration. For how long? Thanks to abortion, low fertility among men and women, lower household income, increase cost of raising children, the attack on morality, religion and the family unit, we as a country are no longer having enough children to even maintain our population. We need at least 2.1 or greater birthrate per couple to maintain our population. We are currently around 1.7. Without immigration our population is aging. We simply would not have enough people working to support our aged population.  Thanks to our terrible educational system, our population is no longer sufficiently educated or trained to prosper in our technically advanced society. Like it or not, we need highly trained and legal immigrants to fill the open job spots.

It is the latest salvo in a fierce debate about the risks and benefits of moderate drinking as the influential U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans are about to be updated. For decades, moderate drinking was said to help prevent heart attacks and strokes.

That perception has been embedded in the dietary advice given to Americans. But growing research has linked drinking, sometimes even within the recommended limits, to various types of cancer.

Labels currently affixed to bottles and cans of alcoholic beverages warn about drinking while pregnant or before driving and operating other machinery, and about general “health risks.”

I claim BS on this one. If this were the case countries like England, France, Germany and Italy that consume inordinant amounts of alcohol would have a much greater incidence of cancer than we do. This is not the case. It seems like this is a plan hatched by the big food companies to blame someone else for cancer. The timing is especially suspicious since RFK jr. will be taking a look at them in just a short while. Of course the fact that there are thousands of food additives that are banned in just about every country that we routinely consume over here has nothing to do with cancer!

I was just listening to a podcast by Barry Cunningham. He showed a split screen with Kamala Harris and Mike Johnson standing side by side. He thought the situation would be very uncomfortable for them. I think not. They are both career politicians. Something happens to them when they are in office for such a long period of time. They become divorced from reality. It is just a game for them, albeit with very high stakes. The only thing that matters is wealth and power. Most of them would sell their firstborn to get what they want, so selling out their country is a no-brainer. The same thing happens to high-priced defense attorneys. Lying becomes a tool for them. That is why we need term limits. By limiting their exposure to all the corruption, hopefully, it will help to clean and drain the swamp.

Instead of getting rid of the electoral college, maybe we should have the other 48 states follow the lead of  Maine and Nebraska. They split their electoral votes: Maine distributes its electoral votes proportionally, with two at-large electors representing the statewide winning presidential and vice presidential candidates and one elector each representing the winners from its two Congressional districts.

What about Canada?
Canada is divided into 10 provinces and three territories, each with its own government and capital city: 

Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan

Territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon

Each province and territory also sets and regulates its own education standards. 

I think we could go with adding 10 more states.  It would simplify things by keeping their basic infrastructure intact. Keep the territories the way they are. Or maybe combine them into one province/state. Mexico needs to follow. It is the only way to get rid of the cartels and clean up the country. Hell, half of the Mexican people are working and living here anyway.

Should the federal government temporarily take over the management of California? The state has failed to protect its citizens and their property. The state is  allowing countless illegal immigrants to cross its borders. Countless women and children are being traficked. Shoplifters are forcing businesses to close up. The homeless population is out of control. There is no water to fight the out of control fires. The ranks of firefighters have been depleted thanks to forced COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

This became a major issue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nursing shortage. I have been an RN for over 20 years. Of which 15 years has been in critical care. Our country, as I am sure you are aware, has state licensing for nurses. This is an insane and definitely outdated practice. Unfortunately, the states will not be willing to change this practice because it is a source of revenue for them. Every two years, nurses have to renew their licenses. I am sure if the federal government was willing to share the revenues from federally based licensure, they might reconsider this practice. With a federal license for nurses, we would be free to help out in any state that had an emergent need for them. It would also make taking travel assignments much easier.

There were rumors that 60 firetrucks from Oregon were not allowed to to fight fires in California,  due to emissions. Aparrently this was nor true.

A spokesperson with CAL Fire says that is patently
false. “No vehicles from Oregon have been turned
around or refused service at Davis Mobile Equipment
and all out-of-state vehicles have been services and
are heading to or have arrived in Southern California.
No emissions testing was performed. All repairs
were completed the same day with the exception of a
couple because of parts but turn around was early
next day,” CAL Fire Spokesperson via email

“These inspections ensure all engines on an
emergency scene are equipped, mechanically sound,
and able to respond. This ensures our number one
priority of a safe deployment for our firefighters,” the
Oregon State Fire Marshal’s Office said.

CAL Fire tells KATU News the safety checks are
related to mechanical operations such as brakes.

I guess the firefighters must be incompetent because there big brother from the south had to fix their trucks so that they wouldn’t break down driving to LA.

what crock of shit. They held up these trucks for a whole day for repairs. Mind you, these trucks were perfectly OK to fight and put out fires in the state of Oregon.

Has anybody ever seen a firetruck in a state of disrepair? I haven’t. They have to be the best maintained vehicles in the country. I am sure the trucks in Oregon aren’t any different. I consider this to be a slight and a slap in the face by the state of California.

I also find this to be highly condescending. My question is how they managed to repair all these trucks so quickly when California has dozens and dozens of firetrucks that are off-line for repairs? Repairs that they don’t have the funds for or that they just don’t want to spend the money on. Can you say mismanagement and incompetence?

Pod caster Barry Cunningham just made a great point, something I can’t  believe i never thought of. Well, actually, I have thought about a variation of it. I said, “Why do vets get a different pension then SS?” Why do government employees get separate retirements?
Let everybody get SS and Medicare. Why not have our vets get a scaled version of Medicare that pays a 100%. Let them go to regular hospitals. Close down the VA hospitals. Just provide social and psychological support so that vets can reasimilate seamlessly back into society.

When people talk about the assassination attempts on President Trump, they only mention two attempts.  Nobody lists the raid on Mar-a-Lago. The FBI was authorized to use ‘Deadly Force’ while executing the raid. This was a government sanctioned assassination attempt. If he and his family had been present, none of them would be among the living. The Trump is Hitler talk and that he is a threat to Democracy could arguably said to be the cause of the other two assassination attempts. Brad Sherman a Congressional Representative of the 32nd Congressional District in California attended the LA fire roundtable conference with President Trump yesterday. He is quite a piece of work. He thought that it was inappropriate that President Trump put conditions on the Federal Aid to LA for the fire damage done. He used a totally inappropriate example to support his argument. It was totally unrelated to the matter at hand. Poor Calfornia land management was wholly to blame for the uncontrolled fires. Gavin Newsom is putting the smelt before the lives of his constituents. Not to mention the untold number of wild animals that died in the fires that ravaged the LA area for over a week.

The more i think of it, a set federal sales tax is the way to go. Tax everything that is sold, food, clothes, cars, everything. This way, even undocumented aliens that get paid under the table will pay taxes, even the Uber rich won’t be able to find loopholes. There will no longer be any tax-exempt status. It’s looking like we are going to have a glut in office space across the country. Instead of building new houses, why don’t we convert these office buildings’ large studio apartments. 5,000 and 6,000 square feet each, maybe even bigger if needed. Zone them commercial/ residential so people can not only live in them but they can do start-ups in them as well. This will help to revitalize the business districts. We need to make the inner cities safe again so that money and businesses will come back. Education needs to be decentralized and brought back to the States. We need more viable options for education. Monopolies foster poor performance. By bringing competition into education, it will make education better. We also need vocational and technical schools, teaching our kids trades and skills that are necessary. Get rid of all this feel-good crap in our education and teach kids things that can help them to flourish.

Mr. President, I think we should eliminate the vast  majority of the VA Administration. Only keep the portion needed for advanced rehabilitation and psychological support for PTSD. If vets need hospital care, let them go to a regular hospital with a 100% payout. There is one issue we first need to clean up our medical system. Because there is too much no pay in our medical system, doctors and medical facilities overcharge those who have insurance or can afford to pay. Charging $20,000 or more for a noncontrast CAT scan is insane.
I think vets deserve the best care money can provide. This is not always the case with VA hospitals.  There is also a problem with the availability of services in many rural areas.

I posted previously about term limits for Congress. Well I think we should go one step further and change the terms of office for both the House and the Senate. I think both should serve 4 year terms. Senators, with their 6 year terms, think that they can do anything they want in their first 2 to 3 years of their terms, ain’t because they know that people have short memories. Most of their constituents will only be, and that is a maybe remember how they voted in their last session of Congress. With the House’s 2 year terms, it seems like all they do is campaign. A 4 year term will take so.e if the strain off of them and allow each Representative more time to get to work.  They can stagger the elections so that every two years, half of each house is  up for election. 
I conclusion,  I think that 3 four year  terms should be their limit for each house. If they start off in the House and then move to the Senate, that is 24 years of service at the federal level. They can also hold office in the state legislatures if they want to make politics a lifelong career. By forcing them to change positions every 12 years and making them wait 10 years before they can work as a lobbyists and losing their security clearance once they are out of office, corruption in our government will be lessened.

For those speaking out against tariffs, you have o idea what has been going on in the world. Our country has been getting screwed by just about anything country that exports products that we buy. We have a trade deficit with just about every country. All these countries want us to buy their products, but very few of them want to reciprocate by buying our products.  When they do, they slap a huge tariff on them. Take, for instance, Harley Davidson. There is well over a 50% tariff on every one of their motorcycles sold in Europe.  So virtually non are sold there. This is just one company. It is by no means an aberration. The tarrifs are only an attempt at leveling the playing field.

can’t wait till you get into office. I have been a nurse for over 20 years. Over the years, I have watched the tyrants at The Joint Commission or JACHO hold the sword of accreditation over the heads of hospitals. The big hospitals pretty much tell the commission to pound sand, so they take it out on the smaller facilities.  When they can’t find anything wrong, they make up inconsequential things so that they can justify their existence.  One thing they keep on pushing is bedside reporting. Considering that most hospital rooms are still semi-private, this is a direct violation of HIPPA. They say just pull the curtain shut when giving a report, as if this will bock the sound of a person’s voice. Once upon a time, they were necessary. Now, they have become nothing but a way for undertrained people with Napoleon complexes to get their rocks off.

New York Judge Paul Engelmayer has issued an ex parte order forbidding Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and all political appointees from accessing Department of Treasury data—based entirely on Democrat-backed conspiracy theories.

The ruling, made without Trump’s lawyers present, effectively hands control of the Treasury’s finances to unelected bureaucrats. The judge cites no law for his decision, instead treating Bessent as a powerless figurehead.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not defending Russia for invading Ukraine. While Putin did have some valid concerns, they were not enough to justify is actions. Having said that, however, he kicked their asses. So he really is sitting in the cat-bird seat. He knows that Nato and the US don’t want the war to escalate into another world war. Which is precisely what will happen if we put boots on the ground. Frankly, I think China is stronger than Nato, excluding US of course. So, Putin is negotiating from a position of strength, and as the losing country, Ukraine, needs to licks its wounds and take what they can get.

Our military spending: We need to stop funding vanity projects, like ultra-expensive fighter jets that don’t work. Like the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. No wonder it is so expensive look at the damn name, alone. Ultra-expensive aircraft carriers, need to be trimmed down some. Why do they need to be so high-tech? The only thing they do is transport planes. It is like paying 100s of millions of dollars for car transporters for cars that only cost $20,000. The wave of the future is AI, drones, and hypersonic missiles. The last two should be able to carry multiple payloads, that can be tailor-made for various missions. We don’t need to spend tens of millions of dollars on tanks. The face of war has changed. A swarm of heavily armored drones can take out a squadron of armored vehicles in a matter of minutes. There is no current defense against hypersonic missiles. China and Russia both have ship-killing hypersonic missiles that can take out an aircraft carrier in the blink of an eye. No amount of support ships will be able to save a carrier from a swarm of these missiles. By getting rid of wasteful spending and concentrating on what works and not what is sexy, we will save tons of money and improve our lethality tenfold. Finally, we need to take our soldiers out of harm’s way. With AI, it will soon be feasible for armored bots to do our fighting for us, thereby doing away with the heartbreak that countless families have to endure when their loved ones are either maimed or killed.

While I haven’t mentioned property taxes directly in print. I did briefly include them, along with a lot of other taxes in a rant I did on my podcast a few years ago. I will give credit where credit is due. Thank you, Elon Musk, for bringing the matter up. Think about this, we already paid a tax in the form of a sales tax when we bought our house or property. This yearly property tax is a redundant tax that the government levies year after a year based on our value of the land the house sits on. What gave the right to ownership of the entire US, where they feel like they can tax any and all land arbitrarily? Of all the taxes that we pay, this one is the most unconscionable one there is. The only one e that is worth is the death tax, which preys upon our suffering. Both of these taxes can force people to sell their properties. The first one is particularly onerous to retirees, like ing on a fixed income. While the second one preys upon the surviving family members of a  household. What kind of sick and twisted individuals came up with these  taxes. How many properties have been foreclosed on o er the years by lecherous governments?

I have talked to many of my co-workers from the Philippines, and they are all for becoming part of the United States. Even as part of the Hawaiian islands as part of the 50th state. @elonmusk Mr. Musk, when you go up to rescue the astronauts at the space station, and they are safely aboard your rocket, if possible, before you disconnect, try to give the station a boost to a higher orbit. I am not an astrophysicist, but it seems that it would be possible to send it into a higher and safer orbit so that eventually it can be towed to the moon. Why shouldn’t the White House have some control over which news services cover their press conferences? If certain media sources continue to lie and obfuscate the facts, why should they be allowed to be present to ask questions? Many of the reporters are outright belligerent and rude. Being part of the WH press staff is a privilege afforded by the WH and should not be abused. The WH is not obligated to allow reporters to be present or ask questions at press conferences. The media has become complacent. They think that they can alter the facts as they see fit and that there will be no repercussions.

Yes, President Trump has big aspirations for this country. But he has assembled the most talented cabinet to help him, that has ever existed. They also are not taking into account all the new money that will be coming into our country. Trillions of dollars will be flowing into our economy. Once oil and natural gas production is ramped, wasteful spending is eliminated, tariffs are bringing in new revenue, and all that revenue from the new industries that will soon be pouring into our coffers, anything is possible. Mr. Secretary President Trump mentioned protecting our country with an iron dome. Hypersonic missiles have made this problematic with a missile to missile defense systrm. High-powered lasers are no better because you need the beam to bore through the surface of the missile. A bright and shiny surface would deflect most of the energy.  What I propose is something totslly different. I propose a satellite utilizing a kinetic energy weapon. Today, we have particle accelerators that are capable of speeding particles to near the speed of light. They do this with magnets. If we utilize magnets in cyclical motion, so that the projectile spins around and around a small track until it reaches a velocity of, say, 100,000 mph, then is released. This projectile will annihilate anything it comes in contact with, i.e.,ballistic missile. Kinetic energy provides the destructive force. A projectile, the size of a common pen would be big enough to do the job. 1000s could be stored in a small space.

I looked at the agreement that Zelensky was supposed to sign for the ceasefire. Frankly, I was underwhelmed.  Besides, mainly a ceasefire with few guarantees, he was giving away a lot to the US. I know where President Trump is coming from, but the agree.emts And money given by Biden are water under the bridge. Zelensky knows that NATO without US support is nothing but a baloon full of hot air. I know President Trump doesn’t want another world war over Europe. Frankly, we could do without Europe. They really provide little in the way of trade goods that we either can’t produce ourselves or get someplace e else. Besides that, we are not capable of fighting a protracted war against a major power. Russia is not Iraq. Weapons ha e become so complicated and expensive that they are nearly impossible to replace in a timely matter. We also don’t have the production capacity or the financial wherewithal to sustain a world war III. especially with China eventually joining the fray. Which you know would happen. I am not defending either side, Zelensky could have handled things a lot better, and we should have been prepared for his theatrics. I know President Trump likes transparency, but he should never have given that actor the forum that he gave him.

After listening to the PM of England speak about NATO, EU, and Ukraine, I have come to one conclusion. The whole Eropean continent sucks. EU E-Empty, U-Useless;  NATO N-Noisome, A-Anemic, T-Timid, O-Overhyped. We should get out of  NATO and the UN. We are going to get involved in another world war over a group of countries that no longer matter. They are planning on sending forces from NATO countries into Ukraine to goad Putin into attacking, thereby forcing the US to honor our NATO agreement.  Then China, North Korea, and Iran will join in.  WWIII. All over a washed-up, actor.

This is the fifth address that I watched that President Trump has  given to the Union. I must say the Democrats have outdone themselves. The level of depravity that they sunk too is absolutely amazing. The only thing missing was rotten fruit being thrown at the president. I usually don’t resort to vitriol, but the democrats suck donkey dongs. They stand for one thing, and that is themselves. They hate President Trump because he took away their honeymoon pot, USAID. He is uncovering their gift and corruption. How do life-long civil servants and politicians who make about $150,000 a year become mega-millionaires? The only way to clean out Congress is to put in term limits, make selling and buying stocks while they are in office, illegal, and stripping their security clearance when they leave office and their jobs. We also need to primary every one of those Democrats who snubbed our citizens who were honored last night. Those individuals don’t even deserve to share the same air. Let them leave this country if they have such disease for its citizens. How many people have died because of their actions and policies? Enough is enough. It is time to flush these turds down the toilet.

The Judicial Branch does not have the power of the purse. What the hell has happened to the  separation of powers? I think it is time to impeach some Supreme Court justices. Or maybe take a page from the Democrat’s playbook and pack the Court. The only way we are going to save this country is if we stay strong. Allowing criminals to retire with pensions is not sending the right message. No more meaningless hearings in Congress unless real punishments are meted out to the guilty. Pamela Bondi needs to be more firm and start putting people behind bars.

Federal law takes precedent over state and local law. Sanctuary states and cities jeopardize our national security. They allow terrorists to hide in plain sight. We can not allow these states and cities to thwart our federal government.  If they keep on getting in the way of ICE, we need to declare Marshall law in these states and cities. We need to prosecute everybody who stops us from cleaning up our country. The only way to drain the swamp is to use heavy equipment.

I did a little math. As of 2021, there were 89,739 people living in the US over 100 years of age. According to the Social Security roles, there were 20,789,524. If you subtract the 89,739 number that leaves 20,699,785. The average monthly Social Security check is $1,929 or $23,148.  If all of those imaginary individuals on the SS roles are collecting checks, the amount comes out to approximately $471 billion a year. That is just one area of fraud. I didn’t even look up to see how many people who live in the US who are over 90, 80, and 70. I am sure those numbers are inflated as well. We could be looking at close to a trillion  dollars of waste in SS alone.

This is a follow-up to my postings in the Social Security fraud found by Doge. Does anyone believe that Biden received 81,283,501 popular votes in 2020? Prior to this election, the record for popular votes was held by Obama, who received 69,498,516 popular votes in the 2008 presidential election.  He went on to get 65,915,795 in his 2012 win. Biden barely left his basement, and when he did, he had a paltry showing in his rallies.  While Trump got 10s of thousands of people showing up at his rallies.  In the 2024 election, Harris received 75,017 613 votes. She had to bus people in for her rallies. So, how did these too highly unpopular candidates garner so many more votes than the previous record holder? The only answer can be is that those imaginary people on these SS roles are voting.

Federal law can supersede state constitutions and laws. The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution establishes that federal law is the highest authority in the land. 
Explanation
The Supremacy Clause is a key part of the Constitution’s structure. 
The Supremacy Clause establishes a hierarchy where federal law takes precedence over state law when the two conflict. 
If this is the case, why are we allowing state and local governments to continue with their sanctuary agendas? Why are we allowing them to stand in the way of ICE?

This is my follow-up on social security benefits and fraud. I looked at census information and compared it to the social security roles for people from 65 to 99. There was approximately a 22.19 million difference. In other words, the social security department is possibly paying out more than 22.19 million in  payments, then there are actual people living in the US  in that age range. This comes out to $513.65 billion in payments. This amount plus the $479.16 billion that I mentioned in my previous posting comes out to $992.81 billion, or basically 1 trillion USD a year in over payments. To give you an idea how bad this is, the SS budget is 1.5 trillion. If my math is correct, 66% of the SS budget is being spent on fraudulent accounts. This needs to be investigated.

Gene Hackman died of natural causes while his wife Arakawa died of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome, which is a rare but serious respiratory illness that is usually passed to humans from infected rodents. 
I am sorry, where in the hell did she get it from? What kind of shit are they trying to feed us? I am sure their house was not infested with rodents. I am also sure that at her age, she wasn’t stomping around in the wilds of Borneo or the like. If you can’t figure out something,  just follow the money. I still believe his wife killed herself after he died. If her death was by  suicide, then there is no insurance pay-out. I might be wrong, but it makes more sense than her death by a Hantavirus. Something, I might add, has never to my knowledge, happened in the US.

This is my last update on Social Security.  There are an estimated 59 million people living in the US over the age of 65. If everyone collected SS benefits, this would amount to $1.37 trillion. Obviously, this is not the case. Most military retirees don’t collect SS benefits. Many self-employed people who opted out will not receive these benefits. So we can probably cut the number in half. Yet their budget is still $1.5 trillion. Where is all the rest of the money going. Could it be going to dead and non-existent individuals? Yes of it some goes to cover  administration expenses, but not half a trillion worth. Some also of it goes to SS disability payments. Based on the stories, I hear about how hard it is to get, I can’t imagine it would make much of a dent.

We are not  being hard enough on people in the US who are circumventing ICE and our federal government from collecting these illegal criminals and terrorists.  This is not baseball. You don’t get three strikes. If you are caught doing this and you are not citizens, you need  to be deported with no chance of coming back, if you are a citizen, you need to serve time, serious time in prison.  No matter what your position, whether you  are a mayor, governor, or billionaire. Nobody is above the law. Found guilty you will be stripped of your office. States and cities will lose all Federal Funding for one year with the first offense, the second offense five years. I am sure there won’t be a third time. Just for complete transparency, 10 years for the third offense. I don’t think they would be dumb enough to do it a fourth time. Total shut down, Marshall law and restructuring of the offending government. FAFO!

You may think I am being harsh, people are dying, and our very existence is at stake. Many of these illegal are terrorists or, at the very least, provide a credible threat to the law-abiding citizens of this country. How many people need to die, or how many children need to disappear or serve as sex slaves?
